Stopped by this Chick-fil-a location while driving through town. The drive thru had a long line so I went inside. The staff here are very friendly, the chicken sandwich was ok.. I like the sauces they have here, unique to chickfila.

Ever since Chick-fil-A got here to Puyallup the line has not slowed down on picking up delicious fresh hot chicken sandwiches.
Today I picked up my free spicy chicken sandwich that was through the app. If you haven’t downloaded and you often stop by even if it’s just once or twice a month I recommend getting it because the points can rack up for free items.
If you’re looking for a clean fast food place to either grab a lemonade, a chicken sandwich or a salad stop by this location.
Restaurant is always clean, and the restrooms are always maintained, customer service has always been friendly.
I appreciate this location! As always please stay safe and healthy out there and see you for my next review!

I’d give service a million if I could, my BMW decided to blow a hose off and they helped push the car into the parking lot. They then gave me a free milkshake, W chickfila, W service, W N54, E90 in Le Mans blue. Be back tomorrow morning and let’s hope it doesn’t blow up. Again.

Unfortunately, the most disappointing breakfast experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A.
It took over 25 minutes for them to bring food to the table for a three sandwich order. However, in this process, they disclosed that they were out of breakfast biscuits, which was a large disappointment.
A rare disappointing experience for Chick-fil-A. Food quality was the same as always, very tasty.
The staff did what they could to rectify the issue. They refunded the biscuits that they could not provide as well as provided a complementary lunch alternative.
Very small parking lot. Entering the restaurant is a little bit difficult because you have to walk through the drive-through lane.

Come here often for lunch. Great reliable food. Anastasia specifically always greets me by name and goes above and beyond and comes across as very genuine. She deserves a promotion!

Food and service is always excellent! Not a fan of their elevator music in dinning area but It could be worse. Also the menu board is hard to read (print too small) Chick-fil-A Make the menu easier to read and I’ll give you 5 stars

The drive through was horrible. Parking lot is so small that the drive through line becomes an issue. Parking lot is shared with jiffy lube. The food is always great. From 11 to 4 its busy. If u dont mind waiting in line for 30min, then this comment doesn’t pertain to u.

Haven’t been to a chick fila in many years, mostly because it’s too dang busy. Went here for breakfast and now i remember whyv it’s so busy. Food is great and wow the customer service from there team is top notch. You can see that customer service here is top priority, which in today’s world especially fast food this a lost art.

Tried the peach shake. It had little peach chunks but didn’t taste as peachy as I thought it would. I love peaches! We got 2 Chick-fil-A deluxe, nuggets and the waffle fries. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a sandwich and it was good. Drive thru workers were super nice, helpful and fast.
