Staffs could have been bit friendlier. I waited in the order lane inside store and couple of staffs walks around, worked for at least a min without notifying us that we will be attended. I was little confused whether we will be served or only drive through. Ordered 2 extra hot cappuccino , one was perfect and other was regular hot (?).
As a location is perfectly placed , well maintained , clean and very spacious place . Outdoor setup was good to and gives a little urban feel.

After ordering bistro had to show my label to other employees and most rolled their eyes ! That being said I did ask for a GR Mocha Frapp in a Vente cup. ( didn’t happen) when asking what was so funny about my order ; her reply ….. you ordered 2 Affogato Shots over the wipe cream and someone took the time to type it in at cash register and that’s what affogato means ! Now see photos below and you will see the Bistro did not pour anything over the wipe cream … instead she opened a little hole in the wipe and then dumped in my shots ….. drink was not what I wanted or how I ordered it ! Starbucks is getting old and I have stopped my frequency of visits and will continue to do so with this kind of service when paying premium dollars for coffee !!!

I am a very frequent customer of this Starbucks. The staff has always been friendly and a pleasure to work with. They recently have added some new staff. One teenage girl makes me now dread ordering. She corrects me on almost every order in a rude tone, speaking like a valley girl. Today she was so rude and frankly immature in the way that she speaks to customers that I just drove away without my order. I never want to go to this Starbucks again because she is so rude.

Second time stopping here before work and a super nice lady with bright pink hair remade my drink for me and ensured I was happy with it before I left. She is 5 star worthy. The redheaded lady working the drive-thru this morning needs to relax or start helping more cause her attitude brought it all down.

After coming here for the last few years religiously the staff has become very rude. They act as if they do not enjoy being at their job. I used to really like this store, but after the way that I’ve been talked to the last few times that I’ve come here, I don’t think I will be back at this location very much and that’s a shame because I like the order ahead option on the app and some of the employees.
