Had a great experience at Hejaz Cafe! We tried the house made Adani chai and it was really good. We also had the sticky toffee date cake and a cake pop, and both were absolutely delicious. The desserts tasted fresh and paired perfectly with the chai.
A big thank you to Fatima for the recommendations. She was very kind and helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The sticky toffee date cake was especially amazing!
Definitely recommend stopping by Hejaz Cafe if you’re looking for great chai and desserts. We’ll definitely be back!

Aesthetic is very nice and they have a very spacious area! As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed by the staff and they helped with drink recs. We tried the Hejaz latte, vanilla bean latte, and mango lime refresher. The mango lime refresher reminded me of a popsicle lol. Also tried the adeni chai and it was perfect!! Not overly strong like the ones at qahwah house and actually tasted really good. Everyone loved their drinks and all the items are made in-house. The bakery items also looked delicious!! This is definitely one of my new favorite cafes in NJ, can’t wait to see this place grow inshallah

Hands down, one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in, the design and decoration create such an amazing vibe. The entire place is super clean and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to the manager, Ali—he is truly the best and ensures everything runs perfectly. The whole team is professional, friendly, and welcoming. As for the coffee? The quality is just fantastic. Everything was 10/10. Highly recommended!”

Hejaz is by far the most stunning and well designed cafe in NJ. Very spacious and absolutely beautiful interior. I have visited them all in NJ and this is my new favorite.
I tried the Adeni Chai, Honey Comb Bread, and a Turkey Panini. They were all phenomenal…but the star of the show hands down was the Hejaz Latte.
The Hejaz Latte with the brown butter cold foam is the best latte I have ever had. The cold foam is next level. A MUST TRY!!!
Glad to have this new cafe in NJ and looking forward to being a frequent customer.

This is the place to be. The food and drinks are delicious, the decor curates their vibe, and the service is phenomenal. I’ve never had mango and matcha mixed together and did not think it would be good. I was blown away with how tasty it was. Wishing nothing but success for the team!!

Welcoming, tasty, and visually stunning – Hejaz is an amazing spot with everything you need ranging from a family night out to a grab and go coffee and meal.
Highly recommend coming yourself and getting their Adenai Chai – much better than anything else in the area. Their mango guava cheesecake is an unexpected blend of flavors that taste amazing

Great addition to the central jersey coffee scene. We went a couple days ago and the atmosphere and the vibe I would give 10 out of 10. The hospitality was also great. It has such a beautiful decor that reminds me of the middle east. I got the toffee crunch brown butter latte. And it was the perfect amount of coffee and sweetness. I asked for half the amount of syrup and it was not overly sweet. I got the Dubai chocolate brownie And I heard it was Housemade and it was so delicious. Overall great experience and will definitely add this to my regular coffee spot run.

12/13/25 Sat night tea and desert. First of I have to say major respect to the owner for promoting a healthy and deeni lifestyle! I loved the fact that they had no music so you can actually talk. ASA posted on the wall! Salah space! Major respect! Food/desert wise I have to say that gulab jamun cake was my fav. Tres Leches and honey comb bread didn’t hit I was expecting and made me miss better ones I have had in the past. Hejaz latte was not bad but strangely was not hot enough. Overall the decor and vibe is amazing. Looking forward to their full launch and them getting better with constructive feedback .=D
12/20/25 Update. Just got the Adeni chai. Staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. Adeni chai hit the spot!
1/3/26 Update. Sat night. Got adeni tea pot. Know that it comes with 48 grams of sugar so adjust that accordingly. I would just ask for no sugar and add some brown sugar or an alternative myself later. Dubai chocolate brownie’s base was very hard and I needed to ask for a metal spoon to dig through. Major props for them to have free citrus water! Really helped with the sugar/caffeine overload. Consider the mint tea as a lighter option later at night.
2/8/26 Sat night. One of the coldest nights with -10 degree F temps. Strangely adeni ‘hot’ tea was served very lukewarm and not ‘hot’. Had to request for it to be made w/o sugar but was told that they make it in bulk with sugar. A bit taken-back by that but they honored my request. Mango Guava Mousse was good but overly sweet. Overall the Adeni not being hot didn’t lead to the best experience. I still give props to the owners for maintaining a clean space smelling good with incense/Bakhoor. I know it tough to run a business like that. I hope they get only better from here onwards. =D

The date brown sugar latte was very smooth and one of the best lattes I have tried in a while. The espresso didn’t taste burnt and had very subtle caramel notes to it. The server Ayaan was also very helpful and answered all our questions.
