First visit to the Capital Blvd. location. We were seated quickly and the waiter, Donovan, came immediately, got our drink order and when we were ready, took our food order.
He was polite and efficient. I ordered the ravioli stuffed with portobello mushrooms. Very good.
This was a great visit.

Food was delicious, our server Naomi was an absolute angel, but you could definitely tell that the establishment was horrifically understaffed and overwhelmed. The kitchen was so backed up with dishes and orders that we had to wait 2 hours before we got our entrees and had to only use plastic forks and to go cups. It was 30 mins before we even had gotten our drinks. Our server was checking in on us frequently and very apologetic for the wait.

Just nitpicking here, because overall it was great, the restaurant had a light crowd. But we were seated in between to other groups. They were not loud, but we could hear their conversations and I’m sure they could hear ours. I would’ve preferred to be space out more since there were plenty of open tables. Our server was fantastic!!

Dinner with Mom. Nothing too special other than going out. The hostess took a while to show up and was not the most friendly taking us to our seats but our wait staff was amazing. The food was great as well.

My partner and I got here around 9:15. We felt a bit bad about getting there near closing time (10 pm), knowing our food would take a little bit. We got our entrees after some drinks and apps around 9:45. The food was delicious, and we left close to 10:30, yet our server Raveen was kind, courteous, and hospitable the entire time! We really enjoyed her service and wanted to give her a shoutout 🙂

Food wise, we got meatball parmigiana for our appetizer, and partner got five cheese ziti al forno, I got the shrimp scampi with no asparagus. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food (we always do!), but we weren’t the biggest fan of the meatballs. Still yummy!

Drink wise, my partner got the Sicilian Sunset, and I got the Peach Bellini. Both of our drinks were really tasty, but if you’re not a fan of sweeter drinks then maybe ask the bartender if they can do less syrup / juice.

We really enjoyed going out here for a little date night 🙂 last note, but again, if you get the lucky chance to be served by Raveen, you’ll be in great hands! Don’t forget to tip!!!!! Everyone was working hard 🙂

We enjoyed the food and experience. The service was good, and management corrected their mistake they made with gluten food without myself having to point it out or arguing with them. This made the experience very worth while, even though the restuarants is slightly pricey. I would still say that this restuarant gets a good rating. My daughter had to wait a bit longer for her food withoit gluten to be prepared as management corrected the issue. This meant that she had to watch while we ate, which is why I reduced an otherwise fantastic score for a very good effort from them.

If I had one word to describe this place, it is hospitable. The waitresses were very nice and very charming. I will come back here again. My only critique about Olive Garden is portioning and food quality (for me, I have ARFID, so take my food opinions with a grain of salt) but other than that it is a good place to go out and get food.

I decided to visit this location instead of the Brier Creek location, and I regret it so much. My food was not cooked to my liking, and the experience overall was very disappointing.

The manager on duty around 7:30 PM on 3/6 (a white woman with glasses and a ponytail) tried to argue with me and insisted that my shrimp was grilled when it clearly was not—it was sautéed. Instead of listening to the customer, she chose to debate the issue.

The food itself was undercooked and honestly just nasty. It also took a very long time to come out, which made it even more frustrating because I expected it to at least be prepared properly after such a long wait.

This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on this visit, I would never come back to this location.

Today is visited and received the herb-grilled salmon w/ unlimited soup. When I received my plate I was a little disappointed at how empty the plate was. BUT when I tasted the salmon I was blown away. The salmon had nice crispy crust (the picture didnt do any justice) and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The flavor was amazingggg. The broccoli was good, it had just enough firmness to them.
I definitely wanted seconds but I didnt want to be greedy.
Overall my experience was great and I will return to get the same thing within the next week.

We were seated immediately, but it took at least 8 minutes to get service. When we got service, we were not greeted by our server. We were greeted by the manager. The server only came to the table 3 times, one of which was to ask if we wanted to-go boxes when we were still in the middle of our meal. The manager was basically our server. Our bill was a different tables bill and took 20 minutes to get sorted out and fixed. We didn’t get a bag or mints. all in all the server and management were rude and did not have any customer service training. I have been a server for 7 years btw
