I promised my son a strawberry donut.

Alas it was really just for me to get a cheese pull Korean corn dog.

The inside was so cute but didn’t smell amazing due to frying oil.

The food took a bit so we waited at a table.

Donuts were good but once again here for the cheese pull.

I had a cheese pull. Then the further I got down the cheese was not melted and raw.

I did not say anything.

Its a maybe it was just a bad day for the store.

First time trying Mochinut and I really enjoyed the cookies and cream mochi doughnut! The vibe of the store is so cute and vibrant too. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the person behind the counter acting very unfriendly and like we were a bother to serve. For the yummy doughnut though, I’ll be back again!

The food was amazing but it was a 20 min wait for one corn dog. But overall it was just mm! Would recommend for next late night car ride.

I feel like I give 5 stars very easily, but I wouldn’t ever go back to this place. You walk in and nobody is there. Rang a bell and they showed me a screen to order and walked away. Brought my stuff out and gone again..

I didn’t want to sit down or touch anything. It looked like the walls needed to be washed.

Donut was good enough but theres donuts everywhere.
Almost $8 for a 16oz tea with boba.

Don’t even want to drink it because if the outside of the area was so dirty, I could only imagine the ice machine..

They have an awesome assortment of different mochinuts. No one is standing at the counter so you have to order for yourself so that took some getting used to! But if you ring the bell they will come out and help you. Everything we tried was awesome, the Dubai chocolate one was probably the best, but we were not a huge fan of the Taki mochinut…. It was more salty tasting than spicy.

Never coming back again !
I brought my friend here; it was her first time trying mochi nut. We ordered 3 pack of donuts and a Korean corndog each. When we received our food… our donuts were cold and dry.. unlike how they usually are (soft, warm, and chewy). I had gone back because I thought this could not be intentional but I was mistaken. I simply walked back in and asked just to warm up the donuts. The staff made me extremely uncomfortable, was almost being yelled at and I’ve never received this type of service there before. Either the manager or owner, this woman needs to be replaced because in an extremely condescending tone she tells me “I will make sure to cook yours twice” when I simply just wanted them warm. Never coming back I recommend going to Bober Tea and Coffee! They have amazing food AND service.

Got a very sad Thai Iced Tea with Boba for $8. Its thai tea from a jug, with some ice (+$0.50 for light ice) and a dozen small and deformed tapioca pearls (+$1.45 for boba). Wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered a potato and ramen corn dog with 2 refresher drinks. The Apple and mango refreshers were very good. The ramen corn dog was awesome per my husband. My potato corn dog was under cooked and the breading was doughy. The place needed a good deep cleaning. The bathroom still didn’t work. (Seen a review where they were down 2 months ago) The music was so loud that I couldn’t here the person speaking when they came out to tell us to order from the keyosk. Couldn’t ask them questions if you had any since he went directly back in the backroom. I would rather drive to Folsom and go to Devil and Angel desserts.

Really upset with our experience here. My sisters and I each ordered a Korean corn dog, and we clearly asked for no sauce on my little sister’s because she has food allergies. It came out drenched in a spicy mayo-type sauce anyway. She took a bite before realizing, which is completely unacceptable when allergies are involved.

We went to the counter to explain, and the worker was unfriendly and dismissive, saying there was nothing he could do. After pushing, he called the owner, and the best they offered was 50% off a new one instead of simply remaking the mistake. That’s not how you handle an allergy-related issue.

On top of that, when I first visited this location a few months ago, I saw what looked like a cockroach in the display case. Between that, the careless food prep, and the rude staff, I definitely will not be returning.
