Soda machine was down and they kept taking orders asking people what they want to drink. While I waited for my drink 10 mins after getting my food I had enough time to almost finish what I ordered xD this store always has problems I was there for 20 mins and it was just me with not line to wait in… Got to a different jacks I recommend the service is bad 3 for 3 within the week like it’s impressive how they delivered bad service all the time

Third time that we stop here to eat and the dining room is closed before closing time. Even though the sign says they close at midnight we have arrived as early as 10 p.m. to find the doors locked. Crappy management.
UPDATE….. I was there last night 10 p.m. Doors open, bathroom clean and attentive workers behind counter, keep it up Jack! Starting to change my opinion about this location.

Workers were nice. Food came out quick. Fries were fresh. Cheese wasn’t melted onto sandwich, though. Bathrooms were pretty dirty. Food was good overall.

This location I have disliked for many years, I have lived back in this area for about 2 years now and I went yesterday after my kids got out of school . The gentleman at the drive-thru was amazing. Great customer service, he wasn’t rushing you through your order. Let’s just say he was super great that my two kids said Mom he’s cool, can we tip him. I wish I could have, but I only had my card with me. And two weeks ago also a young lady with a very soft voice but great customer service.
