As someone visiting from England—where fast-food service can often be hit or miss—I was genuinely impressed by my experience at Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was spotless, the service was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
A special shout-out to **Jaden on the tills**, who was polite, efficient, and made the whole ordering process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to walk into a fast-food place and feel genuinely looked after, but that’s exactly what happened here.

I ordered from the app, and choose door dash option. Got completely wrong sandwich. Everything else was fine order wise. Called DoorDash to get refund and then called the store to see if they could fix their mistake but nope. I would have to come back to the store to get it fixed. But I was not able to leave my work to do so hence why I paid the extra to even do a mobile order. So yea, thankfully I had my fries and cookie to hold me over but from a customer standpoint, if the mistake was on them I would have had one of my drivers swing by and drop off the correct item to redeem themselves.

Stopped by on the way to the airport. The food was very tasty, fresh and hot! The service was even better, the young girl (Neveah)at the register was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, i would employ her! Whilst sat waiting for our food the manager said hello and spoke with us about our trip to Florida. It felt like a very well run restaurant with a good team of employees!

Great quality and service as most locations. The traffic patterns are odd and much of the lanes are blocked making drivers loop the property to get in. Service is friendly but slow even when its not busy…just be prepared for the wait.

The service was great however the food for the first time I have ever experienced was horrible. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, The meat had a texture to it that wasn’t like normal chicken and the flavor was really bad. It was like chewy rubber throughout the entire sandwich. Disappointed

WOW WOW WOW!!! I’m a red member with chik fil a. We looooove chik fil a. It’s our 1 go to for fast food. And this location left me blown away! The spicy chicken sandwich was THE BEST I’ve had from all the chik fil a restaurants I have visited. Super juicy, super hot and fresh! The fries were hot and fresh too. And they had a huge line but we got our mobile order super quick and accurate!! We are lucky that you are close to our new home! We can come often!!
