Excellent service by Brittany. The food was delicious, we had steak, chicken and salmon.
My favorite part of the eating experience was a No Smoking patio. Thank you so much for having this. It really svcks when you are trying to have a nice dinner outside on a patio and someone lights a cigarette as soon as the food gets dropped on the table. We are really glad you have the No Smoking section. We live locally and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Erika was an amazing server and Tina the manager provided warm hospitality . Food was delicious and Fridays really went crazy with the Christmas decorations. It felt like I was in a Christmas movie! I loved it Will be back next time when coming back down!

I visited the TGIF on Semaron blvd for lunch after placing a call for a to go order yesterday at 435pm. Tina answered the call with such pleasure. She was very knowledgeable, sweet, and accommodating. Tina was hospitable and pleasant. When I arrived, I was greeted by Tina with a smile and an uplifting presence about her. I thanked Tina and asked if she was the manager, so I could rave about her customer service. To my surprise, She was the manager. This is for the corporate office, Tina is a major asset to your franchise. Tina exudes what a manager and just a human being should be by her genuineness and kindness by just the sure few minutes of interaction with her. Tina should be teaching a class to all your restaurant staff at headquarters on customer service. I want to thank TGIF for the free meals that you are providing for TSA and ATC during the shutdown. You are in a class all by yourself!

I found this Fridays while commuting for work to Orlando. It is withing walking distance to my hotel, so it’s super convenient. I have been dining there 3-4 weeknights for a year. Why? As mentioned it’s convenient, but also because of the attentive service and food. What kept me coming back was the service from my bartender Lissa (I’m solo so I eat at the bar). She is the best bartender in Orlando IMHO! I’m amazed at her ability to take orders and get them correct without pen and paper. Having gotten to know her over the past year, she is genuine and takes her job seriously, ensuring all guest receive great service whether regular or occasional. She even allowed me to customize a salad the way I wanted and has remembered it so its a simple order always. There are also many regulars I have gotten to know and consider them friends. Stop in and see Lissa, I recommend it! Also, Tina does a great job managing, and Claire, Dee are solid.

Clean restaurant, great server, good food, and a nice quiet atmosphere to chat with guests at our table. A great place to enjoy a nice meal. Although the restaurant was busy and the separate bar area was also busy, the acoustics provided a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Really fast service and the food was served at the proper temperature. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Well, it’s sad to say but I can see why TGIFriday’s is going downhill and losing stores. The prices are RIDICULOUS for what you get, and the food was not that spectacular. My Cesar salad dressing tasted way too sweet. In fact, just about everything on the menu seemed to shout LET’S MAKE YOU A DIABETIC! Service was slow but friendly, place was dead for a Sunday night at dinner time. Just not the same Friday’s I used to love a decade ago.

My family and I were seated at 730 pm. We were not greeted or our drink order was not taken. 2 women were seated after us and they were greeted and their drinks were taken before anyone even came to our table. My husband had to call for a manger to come over as a waiter was walking by us. The manger finally arrived and all that they offered to do was to take out drinks. No apology given. We left and went across the street to the Dennys where we were greeted, sat, and had drinks within 5 minutes.

We went to eat there last night as we were in town for a work event. The food was good and the service was good. (Until the waitress scoffed and rolled her eyes at the $13 cash tip I left her) I didn’t even look at the bill before handing my card because I saw the prices on the menu and had an idea in my head bout how much it may be. When I went to sign the receipt though…Fridays got me again. Instead of the $5 bar bites pot stickers, she put a full appetizer pot stickers on there, the glass of Chardonnay I had was $16!!! And the entrees were not the same price as the menu reflected. For my husband and myself the bill was $107. Plus the $13 tip. This is the 3rd time (different locations) that Fridays has over charged my bill on a bait and switch operation. It’s partly my fault. I should have been more proactive on asking and double checking. It’s whatever. It’s just money but I don’t like feeling deceived as a consumer. So sorry, that will be my last Fridays trip.
