Excuse my rating cause it has nothing to do with staff/food but everything to do with the fact that the owner of this McDonald’s doesn’t care about his workers. Yesterday was the biggest storm of the year we got , instead of delaying service he made his workers “who could come in” come in and work. And he didn’t even pay to have the drive way plowed, you’re a multimillionaire and you can’t even get your own driveway plowed for the safety of your workers. That’s ridiculous and not only that I went back this morning for my coffee and the driveway still isn’t plowed, you just going to wait until it all melts JEFF S. Do better dude, you didn’t get to where you’re at by cutting corners. Stop cutting corners and treating your staff and the people who make you $ better.

I usually don’t complain but I just went through the drive through to get a Carmel ice coffee And they only put one creamer or even that i can’t even drink it. I asked for 5 cream and 4 sugar but didn’t get it. My coffee is dark. It’s usually for lighter than this. My morning is ruined. They weren’t even busy only had two cars in front of me and one behind so 4 cars total. The lady handed my drink and sandwich so fast like they were but they weren’t. I stopped at 627am.

Very dirty, to the point it’s obvious it hasn’t been cleaned in days. Overcooked chicken tenders. Old fries, cold food. At least 6 employees “working,” 1:00 in the afternoon, and dirty with cold food??

Completely unacceptable. Ordered 4 of these sausage mcmuffins thru the drive thru, and when I went to eat them, they did NOT have cheese. Since when is McDonald’s bring your own cheese? I’m not joking here guys this is real. I’m very upset as I’m still hungry because I had NO cheese for breakfast.

4th of July 2025, approximately 9am. I stopped here for breakfast while traveling. This review is not so much a review of the restaurant (McDonald’s is McDonald’s) as it is of the one employee who served me. I wish that I had caught this young lady’s name, so she could directly receive the praise that she deserves for the service that she gave. She was very attentive to me as a customer, looked me in the eye during our conversation, and genuinely made every possible effort to ensure that I had exactly what I needed to maximize my enjoyment of my meal. I’m 54 years old, and I have not seen customer service like this in decades. Whoever you are young lady, I hope that life returns to you everything that you put into your service to your customers, because of it does, you will be greatly rewarded for the wonderfulness with which you treat them. You made a significant impact on me today.

25 mins for 6 soft drinks and a coffee. Only for them to tell us coffee machine is being cleaned. I think they could have told us that 25 mins ago? Got home and one drink that was supposed to be sprite is water. Well done

Worst McDonald’s besides Adrian I just went thru the drive thru and not busy at all had to wait 15 min for fries along with another vehicle in front of me ordered a quarter pounder deluxe I get home and the fries box was 1/4 full if that and no lettuce or tomatoe on my sandwich just gave me a quarter pounder. Place gets worse everytime I go.

Two nights in a week getting my order wrong. I’m allergic to dairy and ask for no cheese and was given double cheese on my burger. There have been times where the food was extremely undercooked and was more worried about rushing through the order. Only reason why I come back is because of the location of the store being the most convenient with the vehicle I have.
