I usually come here a lot but today 12/24 food was terrible we got home with two hungry kids in tow and the food did not look or taste good. It looks like they gave us pizza from the night before, the sauce is clumpy and the food looks cold and tasted cold. I want my money back I would call corporate but they didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t even do that. Here’s photos of the pizza we were given

12/18/2025 = 7:30PM = 2 Star = I’m so happy today coz I bought today and its not burnt , it’s perfectly cooked today , because of that add additional star. Hopefully perfect again like this.
12/9/2025 = 9:25PM = 1 Star = Another over cook, I hope that when they see it its already going to burn it , remove early or a little adjustment on the burner moving tray to make a little fast . Because of continuous overcooked minus another star.
2/21/2025 = 2 Star = Same thing , still over cook, im not sure if their dough or the flame is too high , will try again next time .
11/15/2024 = 2 Star = NO Reason to add star this time, order 2 pizza with App , 1st pizza is perfect, 2nd pizza and little over cooked, will try again next time .
10/6/19 = 2 star = Costumer received from Michael not good , 5 star to 2 star .
2017 = 5 star = Always order lightly cook pizza , employees are awesome.

Got a lunch combo and I don’t know which one was the worst piece. Not enough sauce or cheese making the pizza just tastes like plain bread. The associates were just hanging out in the back with no one up front. Sadly disappointing.

The ExtraMostBestest Thin Crust Cheese Pizza was absolutely delicious. The fact that the thin crust pizza comes with a lot of extra cheese makes the pizza that much better. My one criticism would be to make the pizza have a slightly thicker crust; other than that, it is pretty great. I would highly recommend it.

Wth this isn’t right nor safe people go in to grab something and this is what I’m supposed to eat! I was starting to eat my slice and notice it.
The cashier had gloves with her finger cut out due to her having pink nails and long that is not sanitary having neural that cut the gloves that you supposed to wear to prevent food contamination. I would like to hear from the manager about this

This hair was in my pizza. I think… it’s probably from the brush that puts butter on the pizza. I’m eating this with my toddler girls. So happy it was me eating this part. One of my daughters could’ve easily choked on this ! I have gotten pizza several times and nothing like this has ever happened. I don’t like putting out reviews but heck no! Just scary that one of my girls could’ve choked.

Tonight at 530p 12/28/20. Only 3 staff during a busy time. They pulled it off and I watched them work as a team to give the best service. My pizza and bread stick was delicious.

Waited 30 minutes for a cheese pizza and a ultimate pizza, and got a dry old thin one. Absolutely ridiculous. We only go there because it’s cheap the one pizza was 6 bucks,but now they are just giving us the old pizzas that are trash,even after waiting half a hour?!?…. the workers are always really nice tho,really chill dudes.

No response on a refund
Called the 800 on the email only to be told I have to wait 14 days for a refund.
Totally unacceptable.
