From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Anytime I visit California, In-N-Out it’s a must visit!
It’s easier to get down order and leave. Drive thru can be hectic and the lines are insane! The employees are always with such an amazing attitude, establishment is extremely clean and everything is fresh.
After years coming to In-N-Out I found out through my little cousins that you can order a Neopolitan shake. MUST TRY!

Had to try this place out. I have to say it didn’t live up to the hype. There burgers are the same size as Jr burger at Sonic or Whataburger. I had to get a second meal, only 1 size of fry…. What is that? Animal Fry, would, could, maybe should have been served hotter so the cheese wasn’t hard, and all the Thousand Island was dumped into one spot. Carl’s Jr is better.

Love this place! In-N-Out always has such high quality fast food it’s great. My favourite thing they have are the milkshakes! They always taste so rich and creamy, 100% like ice cream. I got the Double Meat Burger, Cheeseburger, Animal Fries, Strawberry & Chocolate Milkshake. All amazing. Highly recommend.
The only thing is, it’s quite busy. Most of the time the queue for the drive thru is really long, and inside is also a while.

What can I say? It’s In N Out. Despite always being really busy, they do a great job of being efficient and getting your order to you in a reasonable time. Been to this location multiple times and never had any issues. Food always taste great. I recommend going inside for slightly faster service.

In-N-Out is a favorite, but it’s never really an “in and out” experience. The wait time usually ranges from 30–45 minutes in the drive-thru, though the line does move fairly quickly. One area that could use improvement is the ordering process—my order is rarely repeated back correctly. I often have to double-check, especially for simple requests like no onions, which are frequently missed unless I ask. Overall, great food, but better order confirmation would make the experience smoother.

Overhyped honestly.
Burgers are nothing special and the fries are matching the same energy. We ordered a dbl only ketchup no cheese. The order was put in incorrectly. We confirmed the correct order at the pay window. Since we changed the order to correctly reflect a burger with only ketchup and bun we were told to wait outfront with our hazards on. First coming from someone who has worked in the food industry I get mistakes are made but I also know 1 it only takes a second to put 2 patties and ketchup on a bun and bag it. 2 a mistake on the order side does not mean the person ordering it made the mistake nor should they be made to feel so at the pay window and the pick up window. So we waited a few minutes for the new burger. Order comes out with cool fries and a burger with no ketchup. I get mistakes are mistakes the issue is the response. In my type of work if I bring up a mistake and have to take care of it I need to accept my mistake and address it accordingly.
