I’ve been to this location only twice the first time having had a horrible experience I tried to give them a second chance. I used to drive thru both visits. Their fries are always soggy, and cold. And they’re Frosty’s are actually put into a cup and frozen, not dispensed properly like a nice smooth frosty is supposed to be. Twice I ordered the same thing twice they came the same way. I don’t know if the owners realize this, but this location has a very bad reputation. Too bad because it’s a beautiful Wendy’s from the outside.

I stopped by Wendy’s and asked at the window if I could get my burger lettuce wrapped instead of a bun. The employee said “sure,” but instead of making it as a lettuce wrap, they just put shredded lettuce on top of the burger. If lettuce wraps aren’t an option anymore, I wish they would have simply told me that rather than pretending they could do it. It was disappointing and left me with a meal I didn’t order.

02/08/26. I waited for a good 19 minutes before they took my order and once I’m placing my orders the lady inside seemed like she hated being there and took the anger out on me and my fiancée.i asked for my receipt but she told us there was other people behind us which made me feel uncomfortable and just left. I hope to get a refund but im afraid to see the people there waiting for me for which she said she was going to bring when I first asked her for my receipt

Horrible experience. Just wanted a quick bite and a coffee. Order was missing nuggets then when reminding staff they forgot my parm nuggets they gave me BBQ. The drive thru employee looked upset right at first contact and the coffee had tons of coffee grounds and chunks of creamer in it. Also the chicken wrap I order, they completely forgot to put anything sauce inside so it was just dry chicken and lettuce.

Double check your order in the drive thru, because even if you call and say you’re missing an item, they’ll tell you to come back to get a refund, everything seems behind the times when other restaurants or chains could easily handle something like this over the phone or through their app.

I used to love Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich—it was my go-to meal for years. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill, and it’s incredibly disappointing. The sandwich I received recently was pathetic: a tiny sliver of tomato, a sad piece of lettuce that didn’t even cover the bun, and a chicken patty so small it barely filled the sandwich. This used to be a favorite, but now every time I give it another chance, it’s a letdown. Consistency and quality are key, and Wendy’s is failing on both fronts. I really want to love this sandwich again, but it’s hard to when it looks—and tastes—this uninspired.

Not even close!!! This is by far the nicest Wendy’s I have personally ever been to. It could be a nightclub. Chill places to sit, good music. Brian was amazing. Recommended the vanilla iced coffee that changed my religion. The food was perfectly wrapped and tasted above par.

For some reason I typically come here when I am in this area and craving a decent burger. Got the Dave’s Double large combo meal. My order came out quickly, I wasn’t even done filling up my drink from their fountain machine when they called my order. My burger was fresh and tasty! The fries never disappoint…so far my orders have always come with fries freshly made.
