We stopped by Graeter’s on a Saturday night and it did not disappoint.
It was very quiet when we visited, likely because it was quite cold outside, so there was no one else there at the time. The person working was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions, which made the stop even better.
We ordered the Cookie Monster sundae and the Turtle sundae, and both were excellent. Graeter’s ice cream is one of our favorites. It’s French‑style ice cream made with egg yolks, which gives it a rich, creamy texture, and the fudge is especially good and really stands out in the sundaes.
This location is a bit tucked away, but the seating area is very nice and the shop itself was clean and well kept.
Overall, this was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend stopping by. Especially if you’re a fan of rich, creamy ice cream and classic sundaes.

I live very close and visit here a lot, but today I wanted to try the “Cheesecrown” limited edition ice cream, and it is so good. I asked for it to be made into a drinkable shake, and she did a great job, perfect flavor and drinkable. You can either eat inside or go outside, and there are about 4 benches to sit out, especially if it’s a nice day. The customer service is incredible every time I visit. Always a smile and a greeting followed by some delicious samples. If you have a chance to try cheescrown and this place go for it, it’s #delicious if you found my review or pics helpful please mark it as that and follow me for more around the globe.

The staff were very polite and helpful. I ordered the Peach melba which was very good! Almonds added an amazing crunch to the soft cake and flavorful raspberry sauce. The peach ice cream has a very light flavor with little pieces of frozen peaches. This is a light dessert, not overpowering or too filling. I would definitely order again.

Gotta love their Banana split, this one had Butter Pecan and Salted Carmel, with butterscotch topping and whipped cream with a Cherry on top. Fast service. Nice environment.

Its a lively place. Staff is so friendly and quick. Ice cream here are so good and they have a great variety. Its spacious and there are nice places to sit around outside the place. Enough parking place.

Excellent ice cream and service. Take home cartons and ice cream cakes. Prices are fair but not cheap. Feels and looks like ice cream shop so nothing special but good. Candy also sold here.

Workers are so racists, they simply discriminat customers based on color .. they didn’t take my order until I shouted after waiting for them speaking none related order/business discussion for 5 minutes with a white girl. Once I shouted the cashier took my order and the continued talking to the girl.
