Reviews
First time at Dick’s Last Resort and it was such a fun experience! We had a great time and laughed the whole visit. The food was good, the margaritas were great, and we loved all the funny hats.
Was it worth the wait, no!
The experience was good because it was our first time going to the restaurant. The waitress was nice and rude, all in good fun though. We loved our hats and what she wrote on them was funny. The drinks were watered way down and the food was nothing to brag about.
All in all the new experience was nice.
The food is a bit overpriced for the portions, but not out of line for a tourist spot like Pigeon Forge. None of us had any complaints about our food quality and some items were really good like the ribs and the cheese sticks and the green beans.
I would recommend going to their website and either checking in or making a reservation if you have a large group or it is a holiday or busy weekend.
If you’re looking for five-star service with white tablecloths and servers who pretend to care about your feelings… keep driving, sweetheart. But if you’re in the mood to be lovingly insulted, handed a bib that screams “I still live with my mom,” and eat decent food while your server roasts your soul to a crisp, then buckle up—because Dick’s Last Resort is your dream vacation stop.
Let’s talk about Alleen—our waitress, life coach, and emotional assassin. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with the kind of warmth you’d expect from a DMV employee on their third shift. I asked for water, and she brought back a bucket of sarcasm and a straw. It was perfect. She gave us hats with wildly inappropriate phrases that somehow knew our deepest insecurities. It’s like therapy, but with fries.
The food? Surprisingly solid for a place where the customer is definitely not always right. Burgers were juicy, drinks were strong, and the laughter-induced ab workout was probably the healthiest thing I’ve done in years.
We had an absolute blast. We laughed until our faces hurt, cried from laughter, and left with memories (and insults) that will last a lifetime. Alleen, you’re the MVP of controlled chaos, and we’ll be back—ready for more punishment.
10/10. Would get emotionally wrecked again.
The food was not good and completely overpriced. The burger buns tasted old and you could probably get a better burger and fries at a fast food joint that doesn’t cost you $19 a plate! Not once did they at least refill our drinks. Love sarcasm but that doesn’t mean the service has to be affected or the food at the very least!
We will definitely not be coming back. The price does not match the quality of food whatsoever!
If you are expecting food that has worse quality than a fast food joint for triple the price than this place is for you.
A Hilariously Wild Experience – Great Food & Fun for All Ages!
We dropped by Dick’s Last Resort – Pigeon Forge at The Island after a day full of thrilling rides with both our and a friend’s family—and what a memorable stop it turned out to be!
The energy at this place is off the charts. The servers are intentionally rude, sarcastic, and outrageously funny, but that’s exactly what makes the experience so unique and entertaining. It’s all in good fun, and they somehow pull it off in a way that keeps everyone laughing—even the adults who aren’t easily impressed.
Despite the hilarious “mean” act, the service was quick, and the food hit the spot—delicious and satisfying for a casual, comfort-food craving. And the best part? Even my 3-year-old daughter absolutely loved the vibe! She was giggling away and soaking in the wild energy of the place.
It’s not your traditional restaurant, but that’s the point. If you’re open to a good laugh, a lively atmosphere, and hearty food, Dick’s is a must-visit. Perfect way to wrap up a fun day at The Island!
