We went to White Castle for the Valentine’s Day special and had an absolute blast. The staff was great, our server was awesome. It was BYOB, so we got to enjoy wine along with our food. The desserts were the BEST. They had it decorated sooo cute. We just found our new Valentine’s Day tradition!

From NY was told had to try White Castle.. The girl who took our order was friendly, she was patient, and helpful. We decided to eat in. There wasn’t a single table that was clean. We picked the best we could and wiped it ourselves, giving the Atmosphere only 2 stars. There must decided restroom there in some tables for dirty if we had a feeling the bathrooms were never cleaned either. Food was good I really liked the 1921 and the bacon. The wife really enjoyed the three times cheese tots.

The employees were nice and seemed to be fine, but the building is a dump. Water stained ceiling, lousy ingredients, lettuce was almost black, not much green left. Chicken sandwich was okay. The facility is terrifying though.

The one person I saw working there greeted me when I walked in, I appreciate that. It was clean in the dining room, but no one was in there. The food was just ok overall. Definitely do not recommend the onion rings, I just threw them out.

Did a 3hr drive here to try the sliders and omg. My family and I bought 40 sliders, theyre too good. Also customer service was amazing. We got there at 1am and the cashiers were so nice ans friendly. Loved the experience

My wife and I shared a Valentines Day Dinner at this location. If you aren’t aware, White Castle offers a sit-down restaurant dine-in experience (reservation only) on Valentines Day.
The staff had great energy, were all dressed for the occasion, and offered awesome service to us and all the tables around us.
I sadly did not catch our waitress’ name, but she was so sweet and took great care of us.
We’re from Maryland, so we don’t make it out to White Castle as often as we wish we could. But this trip was well worth every minute of the drive to and from.
Great value, delicious, comforting fast food, and a really positive energy from the staff that I seldom find even at upper-scale sit-down restaurants nowadays.
Thank you to the staff for being awesome. We look forward to coming back ASAP for more White Castle, and for years to come to celebrate our Valentines Day.

The one time I placed an order within the White Castle app and it was scheduled for later at night when I meant to scheduled for the morning
I called White Castle. They told me they cannot change the delivery time of the order
They also told me I need to cancel the order with Uber
The next time, I will dispute the charge and than you people can let me know who received the charge back. Not Uber. It will be White Castle who processed the card transaction and would be the ones to cancel and refund the order so therefore, White Castle would receive the charge back dispute
And oh, Uber is NOT just the delivery partner. They ARE the delivery partner that White Castle assigned to pick up the order. Learn to get the facts straight for once. Yes, scheduled meaning White Castle scheduled Uber to pick up the order
Now listen to this next part – assuming this was on any normal day and something happened with the order, now White Castle has no problems cancelling the order. That means next time I have no problems disputing. I will dispute as many times as I want. Are we clear?

Stopped here on break at work about two weeks ago. I hadn’t eaten in hours and was absolutely starving. I ordered two slider burgers with fries and a drink and was pretty disappointed. The fries were great; I haven’t seen thick crinkly cut fries at a fast food joint in a while! The drink was good, as they have one of those Coke Freestyle soda machines with tons of flavors. But the burgers were awful. Now I’m about as far from a picky eater as a person can get, but these sliders were nearly inedible. The meat patty on each burger was about 1/4 of an inch thick and the sandwich didn’t taste great at all. It tasted like they used the cheapest ingredients they could get their hands on. The consistency of the sliders was horrible, too; They were so mushy it was almost like eating burger flavored mashed potatoes. I forced the meal down because my stomach was empty and I had to eat at that point if I wanted to finish my work day. Not to mention whoever made my sliders jammed one of them into the little cardboard holders they use and smashed the hell out of it. There was only one other customer in the restaurant so it wasn’t like they had to rush or anything, it was just a blatant lack of care by the cook. Unless you only want fries and a drink, I’d say avoid this place. Harold and Kumar were mistaken by idolizing this place

The staff there are wonderful and very conservative to customer’s need and request. I am allergic to onions and the manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure the my (crave box) beacon cheeseburgers had no onions. I was not only amazed but also so very happy to be able to enjoy my White Castle burgers without picking on it. THANK ALL OF THE STAFF FOR MAKING ME A SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
