I was staying at the La Junta Inn and decided to get food from here for dinner. Definitely don’t regret it! The food was very very tasty. I got the Franks Chicken Wings, french fries, onion rings, and a soda. The chicken was extremely tender and flavorful. The sides were good, I only wish they gave a little more of them. Definitely try them out!

They have some issues, and it’s not exactly great for the elderly, but the food was pretty good. I’m in La Junta visiting family all the time, and I’m always happy to try new places, but this place could use a few refinements before I give it a 5 star review.
Cons
-No table-side service, order at counter (not exactly easy for older people)
-You have to order directly from the people at the meat station, and then repeat your order again at the cash register. Why? Why can’t they take your order at the counter and just give the ticket to the guys serving up the meat? Not efficient, very confusing, and we ended up ordering double amounts.
-No fountain drinks available, only a limited range of bottled options. There’s no “diet” drinks as of yet, if that’s important for you, so just an FYI.
-Hot! It’s SO hot in the room, turn up the AC!

-Pretty decent food
