Visited this afternoon around 4pm and ordered a chia banana smoothie. It was poorly blended, with big pieces of ice an coconut that made it really hard to enjoy. Then at the bottom, I found a whole date that was not blended. Nothing “smooth” about this clumpy drink.

I’ve been going to this location since they opened. The owners are such a nice couple and I love that it is a family run business. Rauf and his sister are great and I’m always treated wonderfully. I do have trouble ordering on the app for some reason but this location is wonderful because I can call and they will take my order over the phone when I’m on the way there. The Lorton location will not do that. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and of course the smoothies and the food is consistent and yummy. My favorite smoothies are the Island Green, the Chia Banana smoothie and for food the Tai wrap, love the corn and the kale salad. Their new smoothie bowls are also amazing. This is my favorite location by far Thanks guys for always taking care of me

The customer service was nice and patient as well as helpful. My Greek yogurt bowl was delicious and made to my liking. The yogurt was a little low but beyond that no complaints.
It’s in a convenient location lined up with other stores to patronize at. The store is a great size and spacious so plenty of room to enjoy space just if you want to eat inside or use your laptop. The store is clean from when I went in there which is always a huge plus. The service did not take long as well, so I appreciated their time making it and then giving it to me. There is plenty of parking here and the view is definitely not bad.

Tropical’s prices are reasonable and fair and they have high quality and good tasting ingredients. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and when I asked we negotiated which flavors and ingredients would suit my craving. The place was also clean, inviting, a little cold and easy to get to.
