Hillary gave us the sweetest Valentine’s Day dinner at V Modern Italian! From the second we sat down, she was so warm, attentive, and just had the best energy. She knew the menu inside and out, gave amazing recommendations, and made sure every little detail was perfect. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in making her guests feel special. Her professionalism, timing, and positive attitude elevated our entire evening & reflected so well on the restaurant as a whole. My mom and sister recommended this place. Walking in, I could already tell it was going to be a great experience! The atmosphere is really nice. The food was insane. I had the marinara meatballs and black truffle pipette. The flavors were great and the presentations were really nice. Had the cannoli for dessert and it was a great experience with sparklers a they made it right in front of us. Prices were very good too. 10/10 experience.

V Modern was an amazing experience! From the time we stepped in to the time we left, everything was great! The manager O’Neil is a gem! It was such a pleasure to meet him. Our waiter Jenny was an angel! We did not want for anything, and she was very engaging and knowledgeable. The food was amazing! So much flavor! We even got to experience the napkin dance! (Not sure what it’s called). But I will definitely be returning.

I was expecting a larger slightly noisy Italian restaurant. It was for my wife’s birthday and I wanted her to have a nice relaxing meal. Unfortunately it wasn’t really relaxing. It was a nice meal, but its geared towards the modern “Yuppy” crowd. Younger groups of singles crowded into tables trying to talk over the music.
Our waitress: She was pleasant, helpful and attentive.
Cost$: Meals are $30 and up. Why people say it’s a $100+ per person is if you drink. You by a few $20 drinks and you will hit that mark.
The Food: It was well seasoned and properly cooked. My only complaint would be the sauce “gravy” on my short ribs was a tad salty. Delicious, but needed less salt.
Atmosphere: Yuppy land. We were at a table for 2. Nice right? It could have been. But unfortunately the table next to us was 5 “20ish” ladies and one mom trying wayy to hard to be young. The music is bar level. So you have to lean in to talk quietly. I don’t like sharing my business. We got a few minutes of no tipsy laughing while they cleaned the table next to us. Then a party of 8 younger women sat down. Fortunately we had finished eating.
Pros: Good food, we had a great waitress
Cons: Noise is party inspiration
We would go back, but maybe in the day, on a nice spring afternoon and sit outside.

Our first time here and everything was amazing. Yohana was our server and she was great. There was 4 of us and we all had a different entree. Alfredo, Vodka Pasta, Ragu Bolognese and shrimp scampi pasta. Also had almond cake and Tiramisu for dessert. Excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

Wow!! This place was unexpectedly good! We had a prix fixe menu for a group business dinner. The pizza was perfection, the pasta was fresh and flavorful, the salads were crisp and delicious, the antipasti tower was an awesome display. The lemon cello and espresso martini trees were a great novelty. Don’t get me started on the amazing tableside canoli service!

Hillary was our server and she was absolutely immaculate. There were 6 of us together for dinner for a friend’s 30th birthday and Hillary made her (and all of us!) feel so special. She was extremely attentive, helpful, and she brought amazing energy to carry us through our night. We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing. Exeeded my expectations. We sat at the patio because we did not have reservations but the warmers made the temperature comfortable and the views were still great. The whole place has a very nice vibe and it was pleasant on a Monday. We were celebrating our sisters birthday and our server Rixy was great! She provided us with excellent service and was very helpful in recommending great plates. She definitely made her birthday night a great one. I will definitely recommend this place and advise that you ask for her as your server.

We’ve now visited this restaurant twice, and both times were absolutely incredible. The food is outstanding — from the manicotti to the black truffle pasta, and finishing with the tiramisu, every dish was rich, flavorful, and memorable. We enjoyed a bottle of wine that paired perfectly with everything.
A huge shoutout to Suli, our waitress!!! She was so sweet, welcoming, and truly made us feel at home. Her energy and attention to detail elevated our entire experience and is one of the big reasons we decided to come back.

me and my mom’s (New Yorkers who just recently got an apartment in Nashville) new favorite Italian restaurant in Nashville! SO GOOD. Shoutout to the wonderful waitress, Kayla! She was so sweet and attentive. For example, I requested my lemonade to look like a mock tail and she nailed it (see in pictures below)! She had an upbeat personality and checked in with us very often. Restaurant ambiance was great and it was very aesthetic inside. It is a Nashville restaurant giving NYC restaurant vibe. The Italian food tastes just like NY quality too! Coming from New Yorkers at heart. Bringing my brother and dad next time we come and they will LOVE IT TOO.
