I have been going to this restaurant since they opened and have rarely had any issues and the Japanese curries have always been plentiful and delicious but today I received my order and was sitting in my car when the server came running out saying there was an issue with the order. When I got back into the store I noticed him taking several pieces of chicken out of my order with bare hands and taking into the kitchen. Another order of Japanese curry went out and then finally my order was returned to me. When I looked in my order when I got home I noticed considerably less than I would normally get and less than a half filled container of curry soup. I can only assume they were short on ingredients and both customers received less than they paid for. Very disappointed in this especially as I was in my car ready to leave and was led to believe there was something wrong with my order when in reality it was they didn’t have enough to service two orders.

Great location. Plenty of free parking. Menu has a Wide variety of items. Sushi looks delicious, I haven’t tried YET. But we’ve had the chicken and pork ramen from here. The Broth is AMAZING, we ordered extra meat each time and it was definitely filling and affordable. Customer service is welcoming and friendly. A good local spot.

I prefer this store, rather than the one in Yarrabilba. Not sure, how I feel after tonight, maybe I’ll stick to daytime order when the good workers are on and make no errors.
Tonight I ordered 3x Beef Yakisoba, (which is similar to No.7 chicken stir fry noodles) and 4 brown sugar milk tea.
Spent $83.05 and it was very busy. I didn’t mind the 30min wait given only one cook and working well under pressure.
What frustrates me is all 3 dishes were wrong and got beef and rice, which is not what I ordered. The realisation of this only came to light when I got home to open the bag and seeing this. Did we eat it, no! If there was a shortage on the noodles, the cook or person behind the counter should have let me know, so I could cancel the order or opt for something else. Please don’t try make it right by making a different dish.

Went to sushi paradise this morning. I saw a customer in the shop getting sushi. The girl behind the counter told me they were closed i couldn’t understand how they could serve another customer and refuse me service. I could understand if the other customer was refused service as well and was told the same thing that they were closed but he walked out with his sushi. I left feeling really disheartened. Sushi paradise logan village I won’t be returning. I hope you don’t do this to other customers.

I can totally understand why Italians get mad when someone breaks their pasta — because this is the sushi version of that disaster.
I’m Japanese and a big salmon lover, so I stopped by hoping for something decent. What I got instead was the worst, fake-looking orange blocks of “salmon,” about two centimeters thick, I’ve ever seen. The so-called sashimi bowl came with a mountain of salad on the side, smothered in mayonnaise that even stuck all over the fish.
I never waste food, but this time I couldn’t even eat half of it. It went straight into the trash. It tasted horrible and ruined my day. If they serve stuff like this, then they shouldn’t even be talking about sushi.

Today I have come into sushi paradise Logan village this is by far the worst customer service I’ve seen at a sushi shop, when i entered there was one man – I ordered a large karage chicken and two sushi rolls 25 minutes later i finally have my food basically don’t bother unless it’s a roll

My family got food poisoning from sushi paradise. Not 3 days ago. After being sure we didn’t test positive for any virus and or flu, we were astonished to learn the Results come back as positive to a specific bacteria which showed this was inline with food poisoning. Have passed on the results to the qld health department. Better food handling needs to be implemented at this restaurant chain.
While I do appreciate the response from the Owner, This is not the first time in the last year.
