Will not be going back again food way over priced sent my husband to pick our family up some food used a coupon 18.99 for a 8 piece and 2 sides and 4 biscuits and they over charged us 28.99 for a 8 piece only taking 2.00 dollars off for the coupon when it was supposed to be 18.99 and we were missing food in our bag and when my husband stated this at the drive threw it wasn’t fixed had to go back up there to get my money back that was owed and the food wasn’t that good not for the amount we paid

We pulled up to the drive thru 30 minutes before closing time and the automated recording told us to order whenever we were ready. We proceeded to place our order and after we placed it the employee turned the lights off then said that they were closed. That is very poor customer service to wait until after we place an order to to tell us that they are closed when they still had 30 minutes left. We only ordered 2 nashville hot chicken tender combos. I am very disappointed!
