Just like every other location in this town, this place never gets my drink right either! Every other place doesn’t give me a light ice, or they don’t whip the cold foam enough, so it melts almost instantly! This location is no different. It’s either a hit or miss this on the ice or hit or miss on the cold foam..

Having a Starbucks inside a store is just not the same. But the staff are always friendly! The area is always cleaned and things are in stock. It’s just the atmosphere for me that is off.
Everything else about the Starbucks is perfect! But I want to sit outside and enjoy my coffee. Having coffee next to fried chicken doesn’t flow for me personally. However, I do see a lot of people going here and having a great time. Sitting at the clean tables and talking, having a great time. So if you don’t mind a grocery store atmosphere then this coffee shop hits all the spots. The staff are probably one of the more friendly Starbuck staff I have encountered.

Had not been to this particular Starbucks. I’m on my way out of town, but not without coffee. Took my personal cup in, and the cute waiter took care of me from start to finish. To be fair, I’m simple, drip coffee, cream, and sugar-free vanilla. It was perfect. Even simple can be difficult.
I’ve been to many Starbucks, as a clan is a clan. This design is perfect. I’m going back next time in town.

What can I say about Starbucks in Pocatello, Idaho… in general, great consistent service and quality Coffee Products. There food isn’t bad, but not great. I would go out of my way for the Coffee, but not the food. Service at the drive through varies some based on who’s at the counter. The lady today knew my name by my order and voice – I didn’t give it to her. Large Iced Carmel Mociato with an extra shot of espresso – an iced quad. I order the same thing every day. I got into an argument another time at checkout, ordering the same thing and I was given a medium with 3 shots for the same price as the large with 4. Despite my saying I order the same thing every day she insisted I got what I paid for. Turns out a large hot is smaller (because there is no ice in the cup). Anyway, 99% of the time service is stellar.

A very cold place to be the personality was no good and they are very very expensive..! I wouldn’t go in there I was in there a couple of times and that’s it I will not go back there are many people I know will not go back number one they pretend they’ve got very special coffee I have tasted their coffee in there what they made Plus the coffee you can find in the grocery store tried that coffee and I can get better coffee at Costco’s! And Costco has raised their price on the ground espresso and it is absolutely marvelous.

Great to grab a pick me up before or after shopping. A little slower than a regular Starbucks because there are less employees but most of the time not a bad wait. Definitely a great addition.

How good the food is because I never get food here, but it seems a bit overpriced. The drinks are always good and if they’re not they will fix them for you. The staff ways have great customer service! One of my favorite drinks is cold brew coffe with brown sugar syrup, creme brulee syrup, topped with vanilla cold foam! Yuuum
