I usually come here with my husband, and this was my first time dining here by myself. I honestly expected to be left alone and felt a little emotional missing him. But Anastasia was so phenomenal that, even though I missed my husband, I never felt alone alone. Her warmth and attentiveness genuinely made the experience comforting, and that meant more to me than she probably realized.
My salad came out super fast, which I really appreciated. I asked for extra limes, and she brought the perfect amount of extra limes—not too many, not too few. My food also came out very quickly, so credit to the kitchen staff as well for doing an amazing job.
Throughout my meal, Anastasia consistently checked in on me, making sure I was okay and asking if I needed refills for my salad, breadsticks, or water. I never had to ask—she was always one step ahead and incredibly attentive.
When I was getting ready to leave, she asked if I wanted anything to go. I told her just a box for my food and, if possible, a to-go salad. She actually packed my food for me, which was completely above and beyond. I’ve honestly never experienced that at this Olive Garden—or any Olive Garden, for that matter. On top of that, she brought me water to go with lemon and even added extra lemon. The attention to detail was outstanding.
I initially tipped on the kiosk, but it didn’t feel like enough. I ended up tipping more—because her service was truly exceptional. Anastasia made my night, and Olive Garden is very lucky to have her.
As usual every time I go out to this place ! Well managed and well lit . Easy to pay and not odd. Easy to split the bill and seating was comfortable as well.
We went for my dad’s birthday and snuck in a happy birthday song on him last minute, we didn’t think they did things like this there. But they do.!!! ❤️
My fiancé and I stopped in for a quick dinner tonight and had the most pleasant experience. Derek was one of the most efficient and attentive staff members we’ve experienced at this location. Our meal was delicious, my drink was strong and we left happy. Thanks again!
If you haven’t been you need to make plans and drop in. Side note: she said “Merry Christmas” to everyone new that sit in her area and greeted everyone with a smile.
Nina knew the menu like the back of her hand, she gave great recommendations, made sure everything came out fresh and hot, and even caught small details before we had to ask. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in her job.
What stood out the most was her kindness and consistency. Even when the restaurant got busy, she never rushed us or let her service drop. That level of professionalism is rare these days, and it made our visit feel special.
If you visit this Olive Garden, ask for Nina. She turns a regular dinner into a memorable experience. Give this woman a raise.
I would say I eat here once every two months.
This was the place to go when I was in the mood for breadsticks, salad and soup.
My visit last week was extremely disappointing all the way around.
When we first sat down at a table, we waited for about 15 minutes before anybody came over and offered us drinks or anything.
When the waiting staff did come by, it was two of them arguing about who was covering what, one of them was there so long and can’t wait to get out of there, talking bad about another server and how they were lazy and several other things right next to our table, as if we were not there .
So all I said was “can somebody bring us some water, please? And also could you take that conversation somewhere else that’s more appropriate instead of front of the customer?”
The one lady rolled her eyes and told us “you don’t know what it’s like to work with some people”
My response was “maybe not, but don’t make your problems the customer’s problems, please “
Three different staff members finally threw up and down, long waiting periods, and a very unpleasant energy to be around was able to bring us our breadsticks, salad, and eventually soup .
The salad was dry, plain without the usual goodness.
The breadsticks were not baked fully, and did not have the usual seasoning or glaze on it. They were very dry.
The soup was decent, but came out cold.
This was a bad enough experience to where I truly don’t know if I’m going to come back.
If management would like to reach out to me to discuss this, they are more than welcome to.
I am a business owner myself, and I understand that sometimes things go haywire .
This was a really bad experience
When we also ordered the calamari, it came out so overcooked it was crispy and we couldn’t really finish it or eat it and took it home for our dogs.
As of right now, I would have to advise that this might be a location that would not be wise to go to.
This is typically a very good restaurant, our experience all the way around was horrible.
This is the closest one to my house, I really hope that everything can get pulled together and things really change.
Until I hear different, I will not be giving that a try at this location Most certainly
Before eating, I like to wash my hands. Unfortunately, the restroom was absolutely disgusting. There was toilet paper all over the floor, urine on the floor, and visible poop left in the toilets. That is not something anyone should have to see before a meal.
I was clearly upset and mentioned it to my husband, and the waitress overheard. She explained that when it’s slow, management sends waitresses home and the restrooms are not cleaned after they leave. Regardless of staffing issues, restrooms should always be kept clean for guests.
Because of this, I completely lost my appetite. My soup wasn’t very warm, and I only managed to eat a small salad and a breadstick.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable. Cleanliness is basic, especially in a restaurant. I won’t be going back.
