I have been all over the US eaten at many many Texas Roadhouses and have always had good service. This was the absolute worst. Two girls behind the bar, one more of interested in counting her tips the other talking to her friend. The bar was 80% empty and 80% trashed. Absolutely disgusting. Dishes, food crumbs, nasty. The people next to me left a good 15-20 min before I did. Didn’t even bother to clean their mess up. I asked for no tomatoes on my salad they had them she never even checked on me with the salad so she’d never know. I seriously cannot believe neither one of them in 45+ min of me sitting there lifted one finger to clean up anything. Gross.

Food is always great at Texas Roadhouse. We always love visiting Texas Roadhouse when coming to a new town. Tyler was the best server we had in a long time. Very energetic and friendly. Kept our rolls and drinks full.

Tried Texas Roadhouse for the first time with my fiancé and there were some good and bad things that we tried. We got the ribs for an appetizer and they were really good. The issue we had was that I told the waiter I had a parsley allergy and even after 3 times of him coming back and asking what my allergy was, he still gave me a plate with…parsley on it. He said the cook already made it and they mixed it in. There was also parsley all over the rice. He did not offer to make a new one and still had us pay for it even though I told him of the allergy. The steak wasn’t great either, it was really chewy. The mashed potatoes and corn were okay.

Good food! I recommend their baked potato’s, steaks, and the appetizer combo. Though the baked potoatoes have lots of salt. The rolls are complimentary and very yummy. Our server Hayley was very nice and always asked if we needed something. Steak was just a bit overdone and food gets cold quick but no big deal. Definitely make a quick and easy reservation before hand though since they’re usually busy.

Went in at 11:30 for lunch with some of my clients(2/13). 2 if the 5 of us were running behind so we planned to sit and start appetizers. Hostess would not seat us since all of us were not there. I told her we’d still like to be seated so we can start in appetizers. She still said no… Restaurant was not packed, plenty of empty booths. No where in the lobby to sit, so while on crutches(I recently had surgery),along with my clients stood for 15-20 minutes waiting to be seated.
Kept running out of drinks. One steak was way over cooked, mine was half medium the other half well done. Supposed to be med-well. Sides were cold.
Hoped I was taking my clients somewhere better. Instead we talked about other less than stellar experiences they had there.

My man brought me here on date night and we had a great meal. The prime rib and cocktails were great. And our seevice…Amazing!! I think her name was Vanna. She was very attentive and helpful, she also convinced us to buy a gift card. We were pleasantly surprised to see the team doing their line dancing routine. We will be back.
