I’ve heard about this place for years from a good friend of mine. Raved about it.
I’m in Nooga for a concert and this was the first stop after checking into the Airbnb.
Industrial brick interior, plenty of seating, warm and friendly greeting from Koa (hope i spelled it right) and fantastic server in Mitre (again, spelling).
I had the Gourmet Bacon Burger, mid rare, and my buddy had the Asian Q, medium, spicy. We both had onion rings.
Hot, fresh, tasty and juicy. Burgers were amazing, vibe is cool and service was great. Home Run!

Love the speciality burgers & variety of menu. Shakes weren’t my fave but fries were delightful & my Chicago burger was perfect everyone enjoyed their meal even our 4 kiddos.

We were greeted right away and seated quickly, which set a great first impression. Our waitress, Grace, was outstanding — she walked us through the specials, pointed out the drink features, and had our drinks out in no time. We ordered the French Onion Soup, House‑Cut Fries, an Orange Crush, the North Carolina Chili Cheeseburger, and a Chocolate Shake. Everything tasted great and came out fast, exactly how you hope a visit will go. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience with excellent service from Grace. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a great dinner tonight at Urban Stack in Chattanooga with my daughters! No wait, plenty of seating, and super fast service—which is always a win when you’re hungry. There’s a huge selection of burgers to choose from. I went with the mushroom burger (SO good!) and my daughter got The Big Cheese. Her fries were perfectly crispy, and I ordered the corn with smoked Gouda—delicious and full of flavor.
We loved everything and will definitely be back!

Went here tonight with family and it was really a let down after reading all the rave reviews. Now let me say this first the service was great. Our waitress was attentive and kind offered help with the menu and gave suggestions. However the food was sub par, the appetizers we got were fried pickles and potato skins. The pickles were just okay they came in cut up spheres and were served straight out of the fryer. The skins had clearly been sitting for a while just waiting for an order. They were dressed fresh but dried out and not good. Then came the entrees, I ordered the Fried green tomato burger and fries and it was all cold, another of us ordered the chicken sandwich and it was burnt. Our two other guests were not impressed either. The burger was under seasoned and just boring. If it had been flavorful but cold that would have been one thing but it was just not remarkable as everyone had said it was. We also tried the shakes and they were okay, but again nothing amazing. Idk if the kitchen staff was tired or they were trying to stretch ingredients but I wouldn’t go here again.

Had a small issue with my burger and after talking to my waitress,Grace, they comped it and had the kitchen prioritize my next order. It was something that wasn’t really a big deal, but I received an apology from both her and the manager. They went above and beyond in the customer satisfaction department. Their burgers and wings were delicious as well. That was my first time there, and it made quite the first impression! I’ll be returning soon.
