I ordered 1hr ahead for pizza, when I got there to pick it up at the scheduled time, they didn’t even know there was an order. The rude girl found the order. Then I had to sign something that said I picked up rhe order before they started my pizza.. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to cook. There was swearing in the back kitchen that could be heard. Then our pizza was wrong. I ordered thin crust and instead got a soft, undercooked thick crust.

I have Krazy Karls delivered sometimes but nothing beats the FRESH pizza when you go in and sit at the bar, have a beer and eat the pie there people. You are missing out if you have not experienced a fresh piece. Last night me and hubby stopped in and we had the best service, best pizza and best time. Gosh, if I could eat pizza every day, I would eat THIS pizza! We had a North of the Border and brought home a South of the Border pizza, along with wing ( buffalo & mango habanero) Thank you!!! They have the best deals too. Last night was all day happy hour and their pizza of the week deal is amazing. Love this place!

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Why would anyone let this leave their store? Called the store to see about a resolution, and the manager was entirely rude and said there was nothing she could do. The last few times we have ordered from this particular store, has been highly disappointing and the service quality is very poor. Definitely won’t be getting our business anymore.!

When I arrived for my take-out order they had only made part of my order and I had to wait for the rest of it to be prepared and cooked. Then, I didn’t realize until we got home that the ranch was not included. The thing is… the mediocre pizza rolls are just the vehicle for the amazing ranch… So, I drove all the way back down to Loveland to get the main reason for our order – the ranch. By the time I got back home I had to reheat the rolls myself in the oven and half of the guests had already left hungry after waiting so long.
I was told by the cook that they would comp the order but we were still charged. I was given a used coupon (it was greasy and had been folded numerous times with the edges all worn) for a product that is if no interest to me but I accepted the (rather gross) gesture.

My first visit.Ordered wings, Pizza and Greek salad.Everything was delicious and service was great. The only unappealing thing was carrots and celery.If you’re wing eater you got have celery and carrots and it not look like it’s old and dry.Other than that it was good experience, good music and great atmosphere..Having said that 60.48 for 2 people I’m iffy about.

The prices are fair for the quality, and this has quickly become one of my favorite pizza spots in town. The only drawback is the to-go experience: pickup orders often take longer than expected, and the online quotes aren’t always accurate, so your pizza might not be ready when you arrive.

I have always gone to the location in FoCo but found myself in Loveland looking for pizza and checked it out. I was very pleased with the service, Connor was so kind and helpful. The pizza tasted just like it came out of the FoCo oven so I’m glad to see they’re consistent at their locations. We sat in their dining room and was pleased with the cleanliness and overall vibe. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area looking for pizza.

Super fast service and food. I got the Tuesday 75 cent boneless wings. I got mild. Very spicy. Delicious, not soggy and perfectly cooked. Will be back! I came because I had just moved here and the city of Loveland have me a coupon for a free medium 1 topping pizza. I look forward to redeeming that.

Fresh new store, clean, good location. Excellent customer experience and fast service. Pizza had a unique flavor the was tasty and satisfying. Adequate ingredients cooked piping hot on a crispy, yet, raised fluffy crust. Will definitely return to try it again. Look forward to the many unique flavors they have on their menu.
