I was really disappointed with my experience here. The tomatoes were cut extremely large, the bun was very hard, and the lettuce was soggy. This will be my last time eating here — I honestly don’t understand how this location stays open.
On a previous visit, I ordered chicken strips and they were burnt to a crisp, and the meat was overally dry, which was very concerning. Overall, the food quality has been consistently poor and not worth coming back for.

I was doing deliveries in the neighborhood for Amazon. I stopped in for a rare break. I was greeted by Taylor. Let me just say, she is the most positive person I have ran into in a while. She exudes excellence and grace. Taylor welcomed everyone that walked in and out those doors. Taylor is the epitome of customer service. The world would be a better place if people could have a ounce of what Taylor is blessed with! I will definitely be coming back!

I Ordered a taco salad hadn’t had one in a very long time was excited to have it and get home. The meat is greasy and cold. The lettuce is old and where’s the tomatoes? Very disappointed. I will be returning it tomorrow with the receipt.the one on the left is what I got it should look like the one on the right i worked 10 hour shift just sad !! I was so hungry not now..

It was the worst food I ever ate. The chicken was preheated and refried was so bitter. I asked them to redo the order and they did but the new chicken tenders were bitter again. I think the oil was not changed for a long time for $25 I could go in a different place and get much more food than decent food.. It felt like a pure poison for gallbladder

I’m so surprised reading the other reviews on here this place should be a five star rating. Grace was amazing. She offered the best customer service that I’ve had in a long time. She even offered to help hold items as we were going inside because it was windy. I would recommend this Dairy Queen to anybody. Customer service is amazing. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms were clean And again the staff was phenomenal!!!!

Very disappointed with this location. While they were patient for us to decide what we wanted, the employees all looked haggard and like they didn’t want to be there. No smiles from anyone.. and the food matched their mood.
My hamburger was clearly on the grill too long and my daughter chicken strips were perhaps refried? Or the oil in fryer need to be changed. The fries were the best part of our meals… I didn’t complain as I witnessed the attitude of the worker who was asked to replace another customers food because of the low quality. I’ve worked fast food myself for too long to know what may happen to the new remade order so we choked down our dried out, crispy food and left.. such a shame.

This is the only remaining dairy Queen in the area, and it is a great one. The service, the food, and the cleanliness are all five stars. The young man named Logan who waited on us offered to cut our sandwich in half when we told him that we were going to split it, then check to make sure that the food was to our satisfaction. The food was excellent, hot and fresh and made just as we ordered it. The store was extremely clean. This location must have one excellent manager for the staff and the cooks to be so well-trained and motivated.

We stopped by for dinner with my family. The cashier was super friendly. But we were going to pay with a 100-dollar bill, and she politely explained that they accepted 100-dollar bills. She called the manager, and she was really rude.
