I absolutely love this place! The staff are so lovely and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. It’s cozy, cute, and has such a great vibe. I highly recommend the filet mignon with their signature secret sauce — it’s incredible! The combo with the steak, salad or fries, and dessert is a fantastic deal. And don’t forget the oysters — they’re fresh and perfect to start with. The grape cocktail and dirty martini are also amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Went with my boyfriend for his Birthday and had an amazing experience. Shout out to Alexa and Shane that were our waitress and bartender! Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant — from start to finish, everything hit the right notes. The location is ideal, easy to get to and surrounded by a great neighborhood vibe. It offers a cozy and inviting indoors, with a bright, open outdoor option perfect for summer late afternoons and evenings. You can tell they’ve put thought into creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
Staff were genuinely friendly — attentive without hovering, and clearly knowledgeable about the menu. The wine list was impressive, especially the pairing suggestions. I went with a medium bold red they recommended and it complemented the steak perfectly.
Speaking of which — their steak and fries deserve the hype. Cooked just right (medium-rare in my case), nicely seasoned, and served with crispy, golden frites that actually live up to the French standard. Simple, but done with care and consistency.
Whether you’re popping in for a glass of wine and a bite, or sitting down for a full dinner, this place is well worth a visit.

Super yummy food, had the service for Mtlatable, very nice menu. The red pepper hot sauce was great for people who like good heat. Also had a custom cocktail made by Shay, and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back, great service!

Really awesome restaurant with fantastic staff and service We started with the red wine and mocktail (Summer Spiritz) and then moved onto Burrata that was so delicious ❤️❤️ So tasty! I had shrimp cocktail while my partner had the PEI mignon with fries and we loved every single bite ❤️❤️ Full compliments to the chef We cannot wait to come back and try other items on the menu in this 10/10 restaurant 🙂

I went there for dinner with family and we ordered the dollar oysters (5 à 7) and the polenta fries (both great). For our mains: the steak frite which was a bit chewy for my liking, the trout which was excellent and the mac and cheese that was ok. We got a new server but she was very sweet and checking up on us very often. We sat outside which had a nice atmosphere and music. Overall a good night!

I understand the hype now, and i’m totally hyped over this place The spot is super cute, has the best golden hours. Also the best 5a7 1$ Oysters The food is just incredible ; the meat cooked to perfection, creamy and hearty soup, fries are perfectly fried crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the butter is home made, the sauce is homemade too and super flavorful, desserts and drinks are on point I’ll come back for the rest of the menu hihihi i want to try tartare and the mac and cheese !

Edit: I have gone here twice again since my original review, and the quality of their table d’hôte menu just keeps on dropping. The stake is either overcooked or undercooked, the taste is off, the portion of the soup is very small, etc. Very unfortunate as I used to really enjoy their table d’hôte menu.
Original: We came here twice during Montreal à Table. The place is very cute and perfect for a date night, I definitely recommend. Both times the food was very good. I really enjoyed their whole menu. However, both times, things were not as smooth when we first got there. The first time our table was not ready, so we had to wait past our reservation time. We were offered wine at the end of the night so we didn’t feel as upset. The second time, our table was not ready again and they had to rearrange tables to make us fit (4 people). We ended up having a round table and a square table next to each other which was kind of awkward. I would not have cared if it happened once, but both times something was off. Also, we noticed that the second time our steak portion was significantly smaller than the first one. Nevertheless, we still had an overall good experience.

I recently rented this restaurant for my birthday, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure the party was a success. Mathieu, the manager, was very easy to reach and super pleasant. The food was excellent and beautifully presented; we had chosen a menu option for the group, which was efficient. I also had the option of putting my own music. My guests and I had a blast, and I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or gathering of 30-40 people. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!
