Only been to scooters a total of two times. Both times at this location around 5 to 6pm. The staff are good nothing to complain about their but the drinks… first time I got a hot matcha.. tasted like soap and water. Second time got a banana bread latte.. same thing tastes watered down.. im spending 7 to 8 dollars on a drink I dont wanna taste water. Don’t know what the issue is. This location is the closest one around me and dont wanna haft to give up coming here but fool me twice then im finding another brand thats more consistent with theirs drinks.

First time here and will be my last. Everything is just thrown together. My Caramelicious has no caramel or whip cream. My strawberry smoothie tastes very weird. The everything bagel sandwich was hard like a rock.
Avoid this place.

This was $15 wasted. Doughnuts were cold and I packaged in crumpled paper bag smashed, my latte tastes and smells spoiled. My son liked his smoothie but I was actually looking forward to trying this place out as it was on route to my destination and I am beyond disappointed.

I stopped by Scooters today and Jordan absolutely made my day! He was so cheerful and full of holiday spirit it was contagious. I ordered the “Buddy the Elf” chai, and he even quoted the movie while making it, which totally put me in the Christmas mood. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys spreading joy like that. Thanks, Jordan, for the smiles and festive energy!

We spend a fortune at Scooters and will continue to do so. The coffee and food is unmatched. Our neighborhood Scooters on 23rd Street and 291 is a consistently stellar location with fun, friendly, efficient people. Perhaps you all need to apply some corrective action in Raytown by the hardware store, however. Although all the world is in a hurry, we’re patient enough to repeat ourselves when the impatient. speaker attendant talks over us repeatedly. We do, however, take exception at being barked at. “SCOOT AROUND!” Review the tapes, and you’ll find our complaint to be quite legitimate. Slow down and be more polite, young man with glasses.. Dial back on the caffeine, perhaps….something. Whatever today’s date is, this just happened.

Cashier & Baristas were very friendly and entertaining (thanks for the pup cup).
I always get the lattes hot or iced, they’re pretty consistent, and I like the drive thru location.

Everything was perfect! The kiddos got their combos in the little boxes, absolutely adorable! The little sunglasses were a nice touch!!!! The staff was nice and quick. The new XL size is amazing. We have been saying for years how the size was so small in comparison to other coffee places but now they seem to be more in line with their competitors. Very impressed, will be back. If it’s been a minute since you have been, I’d give them another chance they are now under new management and actually have a store manager.

Unfriendly, employees do not care about customer service. Go to 63rd Street instead. Something has changed at the Raytown location and they clearly don’t want our business because they cannot speak kindly or respectfully to customers.

This was my first visit here after passing it a million times. Got the candy bar latte which was okay. Also ordered the bacon ciabatta which was a gross disappointment ..bacon wasn’t even done & wasn’t even 1 whole piece. My daughter had the everything bagel sausage sandwich & she liked it. Sandwiches are pretty small too. They are priced pretty high for uncooked tiny bacon sandwiches. Probably won’t be going here again.
