I asked specifically for extra garlic powder on my breadsticks and she told me ok. When I was served there was barely any garlic at all and they were cold and the pizza was very doughy/chewy like it needed to be cooked more. If your not going to do or can’t do what the customer requested just say that. I was willing to pay extra if needed but I wasn’t given the option. I didn’t go in to complain/or get it corrected because I had to be somewhere but i shouldn’t have been lied to either way and just given w.e had ready been sitting there! I payed over $20 for 2 personal pizzas and 3 breadstick and it was all trash!

When I got there, it’s a Taco Bell with Pizza Hut Express, or so I thought. They didn’t have any pizzas or breadsticks available and I drove 30 minutes to get there thinking it was it’s own location just to find out it’s in a Taco Bell.

Every time I go to this location I wait in line for about 20-30 mins at minimum to place my order only to get told they shut the ovens off and don’t have pizza or they aren’t serving pizza today depending on what time I arrive. This is the only Pizza Hut still open in my area and they don’t serve pizza. Is it a wonder the company is failing? Why is it dominos and papa johns can survive through this “plandemic” (from the words of Jen Paski) yet Pizza Hut freaks out and closes every store except this one that never stocks pizza….. ever. I’ve even tried calling ahead to ask and all I got was an attitude, placed on hold and then hung up on without ever getting an answer. The management is really bad, the work pace is slower than a snail, and their respect for the customers that support the business that support their paycheck is nonexistent. I don’t know how they’re allowed to be this rude, lazy, and destructive to the reputation of this location. All of that being said, you should remove this location from your list of “open” locations because “open” implies you can actually purchase the product here. All you can do at this location is see the pictures on the menu.

I ordered the breadsticks. Even after waiting 10 minutes the sauce was so boiling hot I got burns and blisters on my lips and face. There is no reason why the sauce should be heated to that extreme. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer.

This is a Taco Bell with a small Pizza Hut inside. When you can get a pizza, it’s great, but 14 out of 15 times I have come in and been told “no pizza today.”

Too much traffic and too slow service, there were 9 cars in front of me waiting on the drive through. I just wonder why, so I proceeded inside and they are just kidding around I count 6 employees and the line too long what are they doing its supposed be fast lane. No, I’m not going there again.
