The manager on duty was so immature and rude. Took over an hour to receive the order that we didn’t even because after checking in, they placed it in a bag and allowed the order to get cold. At that time, we then requested a refund, and the manager became angry and threw the pizza on the floor and refused to issue a refund because it would not work. Then she called another manager to assist.

absolute worst service and restaurant around. My boyfriend ordered a delivery hours ago. We waited for well over an hour and a half. Then he called back they acted like he never placed an order. But when he said that he wanted a Supreme pizza he knew that they were out of peppers. Because he had placed an order (otherwise, how would he have known?). Whoever is running this place really needs to be reevaluated. Overall our Pizza Hut itself should just shut down now. then to not offer to do anything to reimburse or make it up and just act stupid. Completely unbelievable. Very very sad for what used to be a good pizza chain.

Its pizza hut, just glad its still around. Had pretty good food and the staff were friendly. We got two large stuff crust single toppings and an order of cheese sticks online for around 20 bucks

Special occasion, sweet 16 birthday. I called ahead around 5:45 for 20 people at 6:00 and ordered 8 pizzas for 6:15. They had things ready for us and pizza out right on time.

The pizza was great but most importantly, we went as a really big group of about 15 basketball boys and our waitresses Chrystal, waited on us flawlessly. She was so nice and patient. She did not become irritated with our group not one single time and we were a little on the loud side with all an entire team of boys eating lunch. Thank you Chrystal!!!
