Oh my, I would have to rate this as a taco bell quality of food. The taste was nothing to write home about, actually, my son could not eat it. The Young lady said that we could get the four tacos and it would feed two people, no it does not. I had some stomach issues that night and the next day. I would have given 1 star except for the friendliness of the staff.

Great customer service. They brought the food to our car when it was ready. The Cali burrito was well worth the price ($13) as it is huge. The hot sauce has a chili powder base flavor. A bit too hot for me but the boys loved it. All said and done, I will return. The food had outstanding flavor. The only change I would make would be to grill the outside to make it easier to hold while eating and adds another layer of flavor. Good job guys!

Nasty..hands down the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had! I was really hoping it would have been good. The Beans and Rice tasted freezer burnt. The cheese sauce was no better than velveta. My kids didn’t like the tacos. The Ground beef was flavorless aside from being drowned in chili powder. We through out out 90.00 meal and went somewhere else. I hope that they change thier food. I was really hoping it would have been good.

Not good.
I simply cannot understand the good reviews for this place. The food was not good. AT ALL.
We ordered a variety of items to try and could not finish any of them.
No taste to the meat on tacos. The Wet Burrito was awful, one bite a was done. Gas station cheese on the nachos. Guacamole dip was inedible.

Very expensive for what you get. Lesson learned. Some say it is like SoCal Mexican. If it is, I now know to avoid SoCal at all costs.

Glad I found this hidden gem down by the lake! The flavors and presentation took me back to the home recipe, just enough spice and freshly cooked on-site style that can be found out west on Pacific Coast Highway.
The meat flavors are fantastic and so tender too. The salsa is the only one I’ve found here that is chunky and beefy, most places blend their’s to a soup…this is salsa the right way. One of my new favorites!

Really wanted this to work out. I’ll possibly be back in hopes that some things may change and that I may adjust my review accordingly. As it stands, I ate about 5 bites of my meal and had to get some food elsewhere. I ordered Carne asada fries and the fries were fantastic but the Carne asada tasted like beef jerky that had been marinaded in a salt bath. It was so overwhelming. My wife had the shredded beef and said her’s was similar. In all fairness we haven’t had a chance to try the chicken or pork so we can’t speak on behalf of the whole menu, but judging by other reviews, over-seasoning is a common problem. I hope they take this review to heart and accept honest criticism, because the staff was awesome and this place deserves a chance to succeed. Also please add queso to your menu.

Slow, slow, slow service for meat and toppings that are already pre-made. Chicken was way too juicy and just leaked liquid out of the taco when taking a bite.
I’ve gone to taco trucks that cook the raw meat right then and there and put it on a taco way faster.
Didn’t get to enjoy any guacamole or salsa because both contained sour cream, which I am allergic to and there was no other salsa choice (at least provided).

Very good food. The portions are generous and the hot sauce is really good. Sometimes the rice can be bland but not so here. If my travels take me that way again, I’ll stop.

FULL! I got the Big-Boy, 4 Street Taco dish and I’ll be gladly eating this for 2 days! 2 Pork and 2 Ground Beef. The surprise was that it came with cheesy-refrid beans and smokey-spanish-rice!
I moved here 8 months ago and love finding these great local spots!
