My auntie just bought a pizza & cheese sticks from here a few minutes ago , and the pizza was very unorganized . The toppings on the pizza were just thrown on the pizza , did not have no sauce on it so it was very very dry , was not cut how it was supposed be , nor was the cheese sticks . ! This is very unprofessional for a pizza company . I won’t be going back here , & I would gladly like a refund . Thanks !

We ordered two pizzas last night and unfortunately, both were seriously lacking in flavor. It honestly tasted like toasted cheese bread—barely any sauce, if any at all. The crust was fine, the cheese was melted, but without that classic Pizza Hut sauce, the whole thing just fell flat. Super disappointing, especially for a brand known for bold flavor. Hoping this was just an off day, but it really missed the mark.

Ordered on the app and went to pickup. Screen in store said order was ready at 5:20 but did mot receive order until 6. One employee said they kept forgetting to make one of the pizzas. Food was subpar compared to other orders I have gotten there.

The worst experience ever ordered pizza At 9 it’s 11pm no pizza, no refund ,the app never moved and they didn’t even start my order. Even call no answer. They need new staff. And from the looks of the reviews they are justifying these employees behavior this is something that’s Not been addressed because it’s still happening.

We called to inquire about our online order at the Trussville Alabama location on 9/12/25 and was talking to the associate who was very rude. My wife was trying to explain our online order and the extremly rude employer said and I quote ” I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS SHIT AND HUNG UP IN MY WIFES FACE “. This is extremly rude and unprofessional. Did not get the girls name. She needs to understand, no customers, no paycheck. Done with Pizza Hut.

Called the store the day after to be told by a rude manager on duty that it has been cancelled and my refund has been processed- it has not been. Order still says to come get the pizza.

Would rate zero stars. Have ordered in the past out of convenience and food was ok but did not receive in a timely manner. I recently ordered and paid for 2 pizzas and when I arrived the lights were out and doors were locked even though my order was ready according to the website. I called Pizza Hut and was told they were closed due to no employees showing up and will receive a refund.
