Born out of a deep love for this delectable Hawaiian dish, we embarked on a culinary journey to bring the essence of the islands straight to you plate. I was REALLY craving poke, but all the places near us looked kind of meh. I came across Po-Kay even though it was about a 30-minute drive away, and my husband and I decided to go for it. SO glad we did.
From the moment we walked in, Summer made the entire experience amazing. She greeted us right away with such a friendly, happy attitude. Since it was our first time, she took the time to explain all the options, let us try different sauces and toppings, and was incredibly patient with my indecisive self. She truly went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome.
The food was AMAZING. Everything tasted super fresh, they have a huge variety of options and unique toppings, and the portions are HUGEEEE. The sides were really fun too like crispy rice and poke nachos. There were so many sauce options and being able to sample them made it so hard to choose just one.
Do not skip dessert. The fried Oreos are to die for
I completely see why Po-Kay has such great reviews. They truly work for them. Between the outstanding customer service, especially Summer, and the super fresh and delicious food, we will DEFINITELY be making the drive back again. 100% worth it.

I had doordashed Po-Kay tonight for dinner – i have Crohn’s Disease & choose to eat gluten free – i chose a build your own bowl with spicy shrimp – me assuming it was regular spicy mayo i added that to my bowl. And selected the gluten allergy box on the menu.
After confirming the order i was almost immediately contacted by the restaurant via a phone call to let me know the spicy mayo was homemade and not gluten free & they offered to replace it with just a regular sriracha mayo as a gluten sensitive option.
I was so unbelievably pleased with my bow & the service especially the promptness & concern for my gluten sensitivity. Tonight was the first time I’ve ever had food from Po-Kay and between the delicious food & the service i will absolutely be adding PoKay to my safe take out options! I can’t wait to check it out in person !

i loved this place so so so much! kay was super sweet and took the time to explain everything on the menu and give us samples. the food was so delicious as well. great amount of vegetarian and vegan options, and kay made sure to fry the crispy rice separately for me too. i 100% recommend this place!

The owner Kay is a fantastic dude, all ingredients are fresh and clean, tastes absolutely incredible too, he makes his own sauces from scratch. Gave us extra food and very good hospitality, if you’re near Stockton, Galloway area, Should 100% check it out.

The place is really clean, the food is fresh, and the service is fast. They have the best fried Oreos I’ve had in a long time and the fresh ingredients make it taste so much better. They also have a wide selection of sauces that all taste good.

Amazing experience ordering to go-
Not only did they have an option to mark an allergy alert, which made me more confident I would be getting a meal that wouldnt make me sick, but they are super sweet and considerate!!! I didnt realize my bowl came with a sauce that wouldn’t be safe (gluten-free) so they removed it, wrote me a note and provided a bunch of alternatives on the side so I could see what I liked… speaking of, have to say the coconut cilantro garlic and sweet wasabi paired super well together and were probably my faves, highly recommend!
So excited we made the impulse decision to try lunch here today- we’ll definitely be back, and I know im looking forward to trying the gluten free fried oreo next time!

I already loved poke bowls, but this place is just a step above. Fresh made sauces, open kitchen, creative food ideas. The owner even came out and talked to me, and he was so nice. 11/10 I will be coming back!

Phenomenal place!!! Customer service was excellent! All food was amazing. All dishes are made to order exactly how you want. I had the po-kay bowl, the sweet glazed pork, fried rice stick with crab, and fried oreos. The owner was beyond accommodating. Only problem is that its so hard to choose between sauces because they are all so GOOD! The owner will let you sample the sauces. They are all delicious.

We stopped in for a vegan bowl since we’re vegetarian, and the food was absolutely amazing! You can customize your bowl by choosing rice or greens, adding a protein like tofu, and then loading up on fresh toppings. Summer was wonderful — she took the time to explain all the options and made the experience even better. We also tried the fried Oreo, and it was out of this world — definitely one of the best desserts they have! The restaurant is very clean, welcoming, and overall a great spot. Highly recommend!

Had the best experience at Po-Kay today! The owner, Kay, knows what he’s doing for sure! He gave us samples of some fried Oreos, his sauces, some of the hot options, and his delicious crispy rice! If you are a first timer, don’t even think about it, head over because it’s amazing!! My boyfriend tried it for the first time and he now wants to come all the time!
