While our first burger came out uncooked, our waitress Caysh was incredibly attentive, checking on us frequently and quickly arranging for a new, well-done burger. She was fantastic and her genuine smile and willingness to help made all the difference. The classic strawberry shake was a welcome surprise—it was rich and very tasty. We appreciated the great service and delicious food!

I drove 12 hours to visit the resort that this restaurant resides in! My friends from all over the states came along and we shared many laughs around the table. Our server Steven, our bartender Victor, and a crew member Shawndre treated us with the best time of our lives! Attentive! Our table had everything and MORE! We got a birthday special! We are so grateful to have this experience here with them taking care of us! Another crew member, Blake was also sharing a birthday today with our friend so we all celebrated in a group! I had fun and will be returning for the staff! They made the experience worth the visit! Best drinks too! Loved the green tea shots and cocktails!

Steve hosted our large table of 20+ and was amazing!! We felt like guests at his home. He was attentive and kind and even dealt with the crazy kids at the table like a pro! He offered menu suggestions and truly catered to our every need! Make this man a manager and a trainer!! He’s what every server should be. Loved him!

Absolutely fantastic service and the food was even better! I had the Queso Blanco Burger and it has got to be one of the best burgers I’ve ever had along with a perfectly spiced chili. Our server Steven was very personable and charming and I highly recommend his service for B Lux. I love this restaurant and I keep looking forward to continuing back every time.

We ate here three times during our stay, and we were never disappointed, but one experience outshined the rest. On our second night, after finishing up with a gymnastics meet at 9:30, we needed food. We showed up at 9:45 with a party of 12 and the kitchen closed at 10. Our server, Amber, was so nice, incredibly understanding, and very accommodating. She was especially kind to one of our girls who was having a hard night after not doing as well as she wanted at the meet. I’m sure the kitchen was not thrilled to get such a big party so late and probably took it out on her, but she was incredible. The burgers, appetizers, and milkshakes were top-notch, and in a resort where everything is crazy expensive, the prices were very reasonable. Definitely check it out if you’re staying at Kalahari in Sandusky!

Robyne guided us through the menu seamlessly, and she even made the kids feel special by celebrating their birthday with them. That kind of attentive service really enhances the dining experience!
