Fantastic spot for delicious sammiches and more!

Relaxed environment with plenty of indoor/casita seating, ambient lighting and amazing staff.

Hands down the best burger w house-made pastrami I’ve ever had. They also have some delicious cheese fries w a spicy ranch and offer smoked mayo for the sandwiches. So good!!!

The staff and owner were not overwhelmingly annoying but flowed well throughout the space, holding great conversation and even gave us a t-shirt on the house.

Truly delicious food, amazing service, and a genuine kindness from the owner and staff.
We will be back!

I was on the fence between four stars and five and opted for four. This is a solid burger place with good fries and onion rings and a very good burger. But is the burger exceptional? No. I certainly will come back but it’s not something that I am going to be craving. The hot dogs are also solid, but I prefer Chicago style Vienna hotdogs. Of the sides, I think the onion rings are the best. I was really hoping for great latkes, but they are good, not great. There’s a bit of a wait, and the dining room can be crowded, which is what swayed me downward to four stars.

the burgers are AMAZING!! The jewboy burger was so yummy and well cooked. I also got a side of latkes (one of each flavor) and I prefer the Bubbe’s OG flavor more.
Really love this place but the competitive seating makes it inconvenient to visit. It’s still worth it though!! They do have onsite parking but it fills up fast. You can park in the neighborhood nearby I guess but I would recommend doing take out if you don’t live too far

Excellent burgers in a fun spot with very friendly staff. We were looking for a great burger and this spot delivered. I’ve heard about it for years and make the stop finally. The burgers were delicious with the melted cheese and hatch chili on mine. Onion rings were crisp and amazing as well. All around exceptional food and we’ll be back for more.

Great spot! The burgers don’t just talk the talk, they taste amazing. Fantastic service, super friendly staff, and food that’s authentic, original, and ridiculously good. Zero regrets, no crumbs left! The smoke mayo is otherworldly.

I was super excited to find this spot! The food was fantastic and the menu was hilarious. The owner was there and he was absolutely above and beyond. He has the best customer service I have seen at any restaurant in Austin. Charity answered questions about catering for me since we had such a great experience we hope to cater in the future!
Jackson and Diva also stood out providing awesome customer service and interacting with their customers! Weill absolutely go back and bring friends!

This is a unique burger place. Everything is niche with mentions of the owners Jewish heritage or wrestling culture all around. I kind of dig it. I even noticed a picture from the 1986 Three Amigos movie. Classic. It’s definitely a 1980’s/1990’s vibe here. The food was a bit overpriced for what we got, but it was certainly tasty. So value is hard to establish. Both my wife and I got the Jewboy classic burger, one with onion rings and one with French fries. It was ready quickly and oozing with hot cheese. Overall I liked it.

Reviewed with Fujifilm X-T5 @13mm f/1.4 in Black and White because I’m weird that way.

This place is about 20 minutes away from the airport (30 if there’s an accident) but if you’re looking for a local burger place to eat before you leave out try it out!
Tried the burgers and the burrito and it was good! The food was well seasoned and would recommend getting the burger with the latke on it!
I got the burrito to go and they kept it on the heater for me until I left which was very kind of them. They also have an outdoor area for seating if you want to enjoy the day. Will be back again!

Delicious. I wasn’t sure about a latke on a burger but the Yenta was amazing. Be sure to try a milk shake! I definitely plan to come back and try the Bar Mitzvah Barbacoa.

The burgers here are fantastic! The burger patties have great flavor and texture, and the burger lineup on their menu is well thought out and executed. The A$$hole From El Paso burger is awesome with the chile de arbol salsa, and adding fresh jalapeños puts it over the top. The Yenta burger that includes a latke on it is excellent. The latkes (essentially fried potato pancakes) are really good, especially the version with hatch green chili & cheese. The tater tots were perfectly crispy and the crinkle fries were spot on. They offer several dipping sauces for the fries/tots/latkes, so there is something for everyone.

They have a nice selection of craft beers, a few seltzers, and even a THC lemonade that sounds pretty strong (25mg Δ9).

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They really know the menu well and can help with any dietary restrictions and make suggestions to help you get the meal you want without the ingredients you can’t eat.

Parking can be tough in their lot, but there is plenty of parking along the adjacent neighborhood streets with a short walk to the restaurant. The only complaint we had is that the seating inside is limited, so you may have to settle for a table in the patio which is not always ideal depending on the weather.
