Ordered two pizzas, one a supreme and the other an ultimate meat. The supreme came with barely any vegetable toppings, the excuse they gave was that a new worker made it. Once called, the person i spoke to hung up on me mid sentence of trying to explain that i did not get my order the way we ordered it. Supreme pizzas are supposed to be packed with veggies not just meat. Customer service is Poor and the food making is Poor as well. I didnt buy two pizzas for one to be messed up and waste my money. Wont be returning to this dominos again because clearly they dont care about their customers and only care about the money.

Not the best dominos here honestly. The jalapeño chicken was dry they shouldn’t cook the sauce in leave it dry. Both boxes of bread bites were dry. Butter butter would help that. The pizza was just ok and the jalapeño bacon bread was okay except for the jarred jalapeños they used had a lot of butt ends with stems. Didn’t enjoy spitting those out honestly. It’s amazing how fast my pizza was ready when I ordered online. Second time I’ve had dominos. The first time I accidentally ordered thin crust pizza it shouldn’t be an available option in Buffalo or anywhere for that matter. I got hand tossed crust which was much much better. The manager and the staff of this location are really rude. They told me my order was incorrect until they looked it up, second the pizza pies weren’t even cut at all. I called the store and the manager was rude and kept on saying that the order I placed was the one they made me. I have the pictures as proof and it shows what kind of service they have to offer at this location.

I just got a delivery and my Philly Cheese Steak had very little meat covered in cheese with like 3 friend peppers on each side. The meat is burned and so if the roll. We called 6 times from 3 different phones. No answer. We wanted delivery. Then we see the website said no delivery, but when we got there to pick up, 1 guy was ON THE PHONE, packs up delivery food, gets in his car & drives off… But site says “No Delivery” & they couldn’t answer any of our 6 calls… Okay! Ridiculous!
Philly steak & cheese pizza was amazing! Pepperoni & mushroom thin crust was too dry & too crunchy. Could’ve used a little more sauce & cheese. Boneless wings were good but TINY. Like small dog sized treats. I always get regular wings (my friends wanted boneless) so I don’t know if this is a Dominos thing or a THIS location on this night thing.
When home I order from Union location in Cheektowaga. Food there is always on point.
