Not sure how to rate this but it’s been two hours since we ordered and over an hour from when the app said it should have been delivered. Call in and get a call center that says the can’t hear you and hangs up. Same guy three times in a row. Very odd and frustrating.

Horrible time at the Hut. Went to the local Pizza Hut 12/16/23 @ 5:26 pm, it literally took 1 hour to get these pizzas pictured below, with an order of cheese sticks. The staff (Julie) took my order stating, “20-25 minutes,” I literally watched customer’s who had ordered after me, {spoke with several during the wait} get their order and depart, when asked what’s the hold up, was told to wait. The worst part is the manager or staff whom I spoke with in regards to the waiting, kept telling me it’s soon out the oven. HOW SOON SWAY~ I could have made my own in the amount of time I spent. Not going back, but I was refunded for the inconvenience.

This is hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Placed an order for carry out at 7:49pm and was told it would be ready at 8:05pm. I did not walk out with my pizzas until 9:40pm. There were at least 6 people in the kitchen and about 5 customers ahead of me and no one came to the register for at least 20 mins. When someone finally came to the front, it was to tell everyone ahead of me that their order was lost and they could either remake it or issue a refund. Amazingly after telling one customer that, they magically found their pizzas. I was told the same thing and decided to wait for them to remake it and I definitely regret it. The pizzas were thin and doughy and see through. Almost like they just gave me cheese and toppings. I’ve never seen anything more insulting. Spend your money literally anywhere else. The people here are incompetent and the food is terrible.

I’m very disappointed in our food and service!
First off I drove 20 minutes to pick it up at the store location. It still wasn’t ready when I got there so I waited roughly 10 minutes in the store location. When i went to pay for the food a tip option popped up. I selected no tip as I had to drive 20 plus minutes to pick it up why would I leave a tip?
After I did that the person who took the payments demeaner totally changed and was quite frankly rude. As someone in the food industry tips shouldn’t be expected but earned for good service and this was anything but that.
We ordered 2 medium pizzas and 8 boneless wings with the cinnamon bread sticks. The food was horrible and not edible.
The meat eaters pizza was so overcooked that I couldn’t even rip a piece off to eat. When I went to take a piece it ripped in half. The chicken had no sauce! The bread was overcooked. I’m very disappointed none of us would eat it.
I immediately called the store to tell them the situation and I was told the only thing they could do was remake the pizza or give me store credit! Why would I want to drive another 20 minutes out of the way to pick up the same exact food I told them was not edible. I won’t be coming back. I just want my money back and to move on.
I was told to call back today at 11am to talk to manager and that he would be able to issue me a refund! So I did call him just to be told that this store location specifically does not give any kind of refunds!???
So why was I told to call back and why did. No one call me. Honestly don’t waste your time or hard earned money on this Pizza Hut location!
There are plenty of other places to go!

I ordered I pizza, 2 pizza melts and the chocolate fudge brownie. As usual, everything was very good. I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for 20+years and have never had any issues. My order was placed at 8:50PM and I was eating by 9:15PM. If you haven’t tried the Melts, your missing out on great food.

Just don’t do it save your money, and stomach. Biting into an uncooked wing is horrid! Didn’t get the cashier name but her attitude was as bad as this food lol. Still tipped her too
