I’m so happy that I chose to come to this lovely Olive Garden, the staff was so friendly. They really went above and beyond to make dinner special for my family. The soup came out piping hot, and so flavorful. The salad was big , and full of ingredients, who can get enough of that dressing? The bread sticks were so fresh, and covered in the garlic butter spice. Last but not least, the pasta was really fantastic tonight. I’ve been to Olive Garden many times and whoever cooked tonight really made great dishes. Not to mention the server who helped us was truly a genuine, and very caring employee. He made the experience even better. Memorable dinner

I really didn’t like the food, we got 2 different types of pasta and a lasagna chocolate cake. The pasta had a lack of flavor and the cake was well presented, though the texture came out denser than expected and the flavor was a little bitter. The only dish that was good was the gnocchi chicken soup, and the breadsticks.

Our server Mia did a great job with our dinner tonight. No wait. Food arrived quickly. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. My husband’s Grilled Chicken Margaretta was outstanding. I mistakenly ordered Pasta Fagiol instead of Zupa Tuscana. No questions asked, she brought me the correct soup at no extra charge. Plus she suggested I take it home to enjoy for later. Overall customer service was top notch 5*

My dad and I LOVE this Olive Garden. The food is decent, what you’d expect from your standard Olive Garden. But the service? Amazing. We come pretty much once a week, and we haven’t ever had a negative experience. I wish I could remember the names of every single server we’ve had there, but my memory is terrible. If you want friendly service, this is your restaurant.

Horrible experience!!!
1. We were first seated in an area where half the table has light and the other half is dark because of no lighting on the ceiling. Wish I had taken a picture to show you all what that area of the restaurant looks like. When we pointed out, we were seated elsewhere, but I fail to understand why that’s not fixed.
2. We ordered Chicken Gnocchi soup, but what came after almost 25 minutes of waiting was watered down, tasteless bowl of soup with one small less than an inch piece of chicken and about 15 gnocchi’s in it. Had to eat all that gnocchi to fill the tummy. Still had many left! See the picture Very disappointing!!! Remember this never-ending soup causes almost 9-10 dollars.
3. The service was very poor with us having to call for the waiter every time we needed another soup. And most of the times we received watered down soup.

I had a mixed experience from our last visit. The food was absolutely delicious – we thoroughly enjoyed our meals!
However, the service was a letdown. Our server seemed unfriendly and didn’t quite provide the warm hospitality we’ve come to expect from Olive Garden.
What was even more surprising was that the manager made the rounds to check on tables in our section, but somehow skipped ours entirely. As the only table overlooked, it felt like we were invisible.
While the food alone would bring me back, I hope to see improvement in the service during my next visit. With a little more attention to customer experience, Olive Garden could truly excel.

Yesterday, I went with my family (6 adults and 1 child), and from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We were given plenty of time to choose our meals, and our server, Roxana, was extremely kind, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciate her warmth and professionalism.
