I waited 15 minutes longer than the expected time, no apology for the wait and then when I get home, I realize that one of my pieces of boneless chicken was just a “chick,” to say the least. Why would anyone in their mind think this was right? Good customer service goes a long way! Sadly there was none yesterday.

although there are good reviews unfortunately i dnt have one to share. i travel from Richmond for work and decided to get dinner at this location tonight around 9 pm and while i can say the young lady on the phone was nice i had to repeat my order several times. i arrived to pick it up and once i got back to my house in Richmond which only took an hour and a half i looked at it and it was horrible. my new yorker was wrong and looked poorly made. hardly any cheese and including the seasoning that goes on it and toppings on half my pizza. ive ordered the new yorker before and was never dissapointed or had very little cheese or seasoning to the point you wouldve had to ask for extra just to make ot a normal or fair amount of toppings. my large meat pizza was a plain crust when asked for the hut favorite the cashier didnt know what i was talking about. i did t tip much but i still tipped what i could which was around 3 dollars after spending 30 something. its seems people simply dnt care abput their jobs and just think its honky dory when a customer gets a terrible order. im simply stuck woth it now and have to accept this. i will not return ever again. it was also woerd that the place had a strong order of fried seafood. really strange coming from a pizza place. it wouldnt surprise me if they failed a health inspection. i shouldve tried the nicer looking one closer to Dam Neck Rd. go here and waste money at your own risk.
Update: This is a typical response when an order is wrong. Simply put it on the customer as an excuse for why its wrong. your employee simply didnt listen or put the order in wrong. i was asked to repeat my order 3 times just to have it made wrong and look horrible. if thats the defense youre using then i would suggest getting an AI system for customer orders since the people you hire simply dnt care to comprehend or put orders in correctly. Most businesses are doing away with people for this same reason.

I work at a daycare and we started doing pizza hut Fridays. Of course the kids were overly excited every Friday to the point where kids that bring their lunches, actually ate our lunch on Fridays. I was the one who always had to drive to this location, pick up 16 pizzas, drive back with all of them in a seat belt, and carry them in. I have really bad anxiety so it seemed like such a responsibility to me at first, but from my very first visit that feeling went away. I’m guessing the man that was always there every Friday (I’m feeling so bad now because I’m realizing I never got his name) always made my Friday visit a delight. He’s warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond every single time. From having to make all these pizzas, to the delightful convos as I waited because I’m always early, to carrying all 16 boxes from the store to my car for me without me ever even asking for the help. I have carpal tunnel in my wrists, and more days than none, I have extreme pain and a lot of times my wrists give out when holding things. This man never new that but I’m explaining this because I want him to know every thank you I’ve given him for doing this was sincere and from the bottom of my heart. I was more thankful than he could realize. Bringing the pizzas in, it filled my car, and the building. Always fresh, and always top tier. I don’t even really care for pizza, but even I stole a few slices whenever there was extra left over from the kids. My building and I are very greatful for not only this place but this man particular, and it saddens my heart to know we can’t afford to do pizza hut Fridays anymore due to another location opening and having to do it at both locations so it’s fair.

Loved my heart shaped pizza. All the workers there tonight were so sweet. Like way nicer than you get in customer service these days. Makes me want to go back 🙂

Absolute trash. The app wouldn’t let us order so we had to call in. They told us 30 minutes and an hour later we call them back and we are told that the location canceled our order for no reason and didn’t even bother to call us. Such a hassle… just ordering elsewhere

The alert said it was supposed to be a woman, but it was a man who delivered the food. They also put the shakers and the blue cheese inside the same box as my pizza. I don’t know why they would throw things like that Inside of the box touching my food instead of in a plastic bag. With all the things that’s going around, that was very unsanitary. We didn’t eat the pizza.

The staff is wonderful. I haven’t had a thin crust pizza in a long time and it just didn’t seem so great. Even my girlfriend was like what are eating. I should have gotten own or hand tossed. Thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut just don’t do it for me anymore.

This pizza was burned, over cooked. I waited over 30 minutes to bring this pizza home. Had to wait 5 minutes to be welcome, before one of the delivery drivers to come in off a delivery and take my order. I would take it back and get my money . I just got off work and just don’t feel like going back out in this weather. All of the pepperoni is unidentifiable. Just Red little charcoal circles. Will never go back to this location. A 1 Star is more than generous for my loss of $14.00
