The absolute worst drink I ever had from Starbucks… now I’ve had some hit or miss orders but this drink was one i ordered a week prior in Flossmoor (Dubai chocolate with oatmilk and non dairy chocolate cold foam) and it was great from there. IDK what they did or didn’t do in South Holland but I know it wasn’t what was supposed to be done. I see why tge name on Google isn’t Starbucks cause this can’t be representative of their brand! I gave one star for the kindness of the young lady at the drive thru window… other than that… will never order from this location again… 9 bucks literally down the drain!

This morning after ordering the Eggnog Latte and waiting in the drive for 7 minutes. I got to the window and paid for the beverage. After waiting a few more minutes, I was asked to pull around to the front and park because they needed to Re-make the beverage. I stated no that I would rather wait at the window due the parking lot being very small and congested/not wanting to be blocked in. I continue to wait but the staff was insisting I move to not hold up the line…however my drink still was not ready. The staff went back and forth with me that it’s not a inconvenience for me to park in the lot (because they were going to bring it out)and I can move to the secondary parking lot and it should be less congested. At this point, I requested a refund due to the team not being adequately prepared to make the Eggnog drink, waiting almost 20min and insisting that I should be inconvenienced to move the drive through line forward. All this for a $6 coffee that I never received.
