We stopped by Bouchon for brunch as part of a staycation, and even on a busy Saturday, everything went really smoothly thanks to having reservations. We’ve also been to another Bouchon location before (Yountville, CA), so we had a good idea of what to expect, and this one delivered that same polished experience.

We ordered the Croque Madame with truffle fries and the Biscuit au Babeurre. Both were well made and nicely executed. We also loved the little details — especially the leaflet-shaped bread that came out complimentary. Everything felt rich without being overwhelming, and perfect for a leisurely brunch.

The ambiance is lovely as always: classic, elegant, and definitely on the fancier side. This is one of those places we like to save for special occasions or a nicer brunch/lunch, as it is a bit pricey for an everyday visit, but absolutely worth it when you want something elevated.

Overall, a spot we continue to enjoy and will definitely come back to in the future when we’re in the mood for a more refined brunch experience.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, and it’s still just as amazing as it was on day one.
Breakfasts and brunch are outstanding, the coffee is excellent, and the croissant is on another level — especially with their butter and jam.
I also had the chance to come for their New Year’s Eve dinner, and it absolutely lived up to expectations.
Great wine list as well.
Highly recommended.

We had a lovely dinner inside The Venetian. They welcomed us with delicious warm bread, which is always a very much appreciated touch.
I went with the Branzino and the Goat Cheese Salad. Everything was very tasty, and the food quality was high. The staff was attentive and provided good service throughout the night.
The only issue: The kitchen closed at 10:00 PM, so we had to rush our order to get everything in before the cutoff. Keep this in mind if you are planning a late-night meal!
Price Range: Mid-to-high (as expected for the location).

The food was amazing, and the pastries especially stood out. I’ve had pastries at Bouchon Bakery near Napa, and everything from their bakery was genuinely so good so had a high expectation. The burger was great, the meat was cooked well, and the onion soup was actually better than the ones I’ve had in Paris. The crab Benedict was definitely a highlight. We stayed at the Palazzo, so getting there from our room was super easy, and the whole experience felt really nice.

Standard French bistro fare with incredibly warm, attentive service and beautiful decorations.
+ The steak frites were definitely one of the best on the strip, and that butter was delicious.
+/- Brownie was a bit too sweet to my liking, but the textural and temperature contrast made it an interesting and enjoyable dish regardless.

Would absolutely love to come back for their breakfast/brunch service

It was just brunch at Bouchon—but it was so much more! It was a full experience from the table setting to the waiters!
It’s definitely a modern French cuisine and incredibly delicious.
The waiters bring bread to the table and just set it down on the table cloth —LOVE! It’s paired with hella delicious butter and berry jam
My boyfriend and I split the Steak Pané which is a top pick for Bouchon! We devoured every bite and even were regretting sharing!!
It is highly recommended to order a croissant obviously! We chose a raspberry cream filled…wow so delicious we ordered another one to go!
The atmosphere makes the whole experience well rounded, with white & black chairs and French accents to the decor. Very elegant, I mean you drink water out of wine glasses… who wouldn’t love that…???
This will be a restaurant we visit every time we are in vegas

I stopped by for breakfast and ate at the bar. Breakfast was good. The extra crispy bacon was delicious. The iced honey latte was very mid though. The bartender made my iced latte and gave me honey on the side, so I couldn’t use the honey with my drink. I love Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, so the croissant at this location was very sad. It was soft and not crispy. Tasted like costco croissant. Other than that, the restaurant was very clean and all the workers were very nice.

We always just passed by but it looked pretty empty before so I was curious about this place but couldn’t go. finally we ended up went for brunch this time.

Interior was classy,
food ware just ok. Honestly I can’t agree with other reviews. The bread and butter they offer wasn’t that good. I just took a bite. And that’s it.

I go out to eat pretty often and
I like French restaurants the most but I don’t think I will go back to this place again.

Mon a mi gabi / Eiffel/ Bardot were much better taste and quality.

Oh my. We were here for breakfast, probably the most memorable meal of our trip! Fantastic pastries, loved our dishes, only regret is not having another day to try more. Already planning our next visit!

Bouchon Bakery is a delightful stop inside The Venetian for anyone craving quality pastries and coffee. The ambiance feels charming and refined despite being in the middle of the bustling hotel. I ordered their classic pastries and everything tasted fresh — the croissant was buttery and flaky, and the coffee paired beautifully with it. Service was efficient and pleasant even with the steady line of customers.

Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the taste, presentation, and overall experience make it worth it, especially when you want a break from the typical casino and fast-food options. A lovely treat and definitely a place I’d visit again when in Las Vegas.
