Ordered 4 pizzas, my gluten free dairy free was missing a standard ingredient and I added an ingredient. It’s an expensive pizza so I called to ask if there was a recall or something on the onions. Kevin offered to write me down a credit for the pizza so I wouldn’t have to go back out since my partner had just gotten home and started them for the kids when I saw the mistake. I was very appreciative, only to get a call back from the manager because the pizza cost too much and the green onions are only a $1.99. Apparently the area manager told him to call me and offer 25% off, I already use a $25% off coupon so that literally does nothing for me. I asked if they could do 50%, couldn’t do that. They did offer a side item, but with allergies I’m limited on what I can have and just not interested in their salad. Then they said they can remake it if I bring back the other pizza, they kept harping on the fact that it’s only a $1.99 but don’t consider my time and gas to come back as valuable. I can hear the area manager yelling in the background to just make another one and we can keep this. Not in a nice tone either. They’re very annoyed with me, I have spent $272.54 with them since moving here in December. I have not called once about a mistake, I didn’t even ask for the credit, I was offered it. I’m extremely disappointed and annoyed that an area manager encourages this, I’ve been in retail over 20 years and everytime a DM has been in a store it’s above and beyond service, but not this one. So now my partners pizza is getting cold and we aren’t eating til after 7, and this was supposed to be an easy go to for a long day. Asked when we would be there I said 30m, wasn’t even ready. The side by side comparison is so different for just missing a green onion.

I absolutely LOVE the take’n’bake pizzas from here! My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Artichoke. It has a creamy garlic sauce base instead if the traditional red. It’s a truly delicious combination. I also love that you can order online and pick it up at their drive thru window. I’m sure not every location has a drive thru window, but the one on Longhorn Ave does and I LOVE not having to get the kids out of the car! I often receive email promotions where I get 50% off an order of $20 or more and that makes it a STEAL for pizza this good. I know it’s easy to just order it already cooked and delivered from somewhere like domino’s. But it’s not as delicious as this, in my opinion. It’s worth the extra time it takes to cook it yourself. And even if you dont like this type of pizza they have TONS of other choices that are equally delicious.
