The restaurant was exceptionally busy, yet the staff remained professional, attentive, and efficient. They handled our order quickly without sacrificing quality. After a couple years of seeing nothing but Pizza Hut & Dominoes offered as rewards at my child’s elementary school in Troy, ID I finally had had enough and went to ask the owner of the Moscow store for some Edible Bookmarks. The owner was very kind and gave me a sealed stack which was perfect for all the kiddos there. The school librarian was thrilled! I offered to pay the ship & print cost but the owner didn’t even have me do that. So kind and much appreciated!
Would love to be able to get more Papa Murphy’s LSM material going in my town. Great Student Awards to give the teachers and Spectacular Sport certs for the coach would be big hits. The local city library does several activities for kids each month where more edible bookmarks would be put to good use. Heck even my local (and only) gas station just started serving cooked as well as take & bake pizza because there’s a big demand for it here. Wingman Pizza brand though. Blech! Papas this should be your stuff – so much better!
Anyway looks like PMI corporate answers these reviews and not the franchisee, and I totally understand how some franchisees just aren’t that into LSM. But the owner has my contact info and if you could pass on that as a fan of the brand if she ever wants to me to distribute some of the above stuff around my community I’d be more than happy to do it. Thanks again for the bookmarks – love at 425, baby!

Ultra quick. Ordered online. Someone on the line making pizzas immediately noticed I was looking for an online order. Grabbed it for me extremely quick and I was outta there! Accurate, good, homemade feel pizza. Haven’t had Papa Murphys in over 15 years and this was a good reminder of why I liked them before!

I agree about the blind corner but understand the need to be close to the university students who probably give them a lot of business. But the BOGO deal was not only good, both pizzas had a lot of toppings, and the server who helped me was very nice.

Awesome service! Speedy! Friendly staff! I witnessed one staff member come from behind the counter to give an older couple their pizza tonight. They didn’t know how it worked and she patiently told them they take the plastic wrap off and put the whole tray in the oven (after they preheat it). The older gentleman seemed a bit hesitant still, but she verbally walked them through it again. It was so sweet! (I wish I knew her name to give her proper recognition!) The pizzas I ordered came out perfectly as always.

Their pizzas are some of the best in Moscow! Their crust is delicious and they are definitely generous with cheese and toppings! This place is great for when you want to get pizza to take home for family nights. They’ve got great side dishes to go along with their pizzas you can even get cookie dough to make your own cookies and they have a big selection of 2Liters so you’ll have a drink with you as well! I love that they do special events for holidays like their Valentine’s Day heart pizzas or their Halloween pumpkin pizzas and free kids pizzas when you come in with a costume on Halloween! Papa Murphy’s is really a great part of the community and an awesome place to pick up your favorite pizzas!

Wowwie Zowwie Papa Murphy… you’ve added a true rip-off to your menus. As a person with celiac, it seems everywhere I go I get less and spend more… but this new crustless pizza is a true rip-off. Luckily the friendly employee went above and beyond to cut me a deal but this tiny tray of 1/4 the toppings of a small pizza still cost $15. If I were to build the pizza per the prises on the menu it would have cost close to $25. Also, if you have a gluten allergy, please read the ingredients online because there are only 6 toppings that are truly gluten free. Stick to the classic pizzas or you will pay… seriously, $2.00 for 15 tiny pieces of sundried tomatoes (yes, so little toppings that I can count them individually. )

This was a busy time of year, with college students either packing up to go home or preparing for graduation, including parents arriving in town. But even though they were busy, the local Papa Murphy’s personnel were efficient and pleasant.
