The food has very little flavor. Don’t expect real Asian noodles they use spaghetti noodles. The one thing they got right was the crab rangoon or should I say little fried balls that are similar to crab rangoon. They were the only item that was hot and fresh at 5:15pm. They finally started bringing out some fresh around 6:00pm.

The worst part! After we finished our meal I went to the restroom and while we were in there a waitress from the other side of the restaurant came in the restroom with blue gloves on. She used the restroom with her blue gloves on, didn’t wash her hands and went back out and started serving people again.
I didn’t eat much. My daughter who ate more. Got the runs.

Not very many options to choose from. 15.99 and 9.99 for a 5 year old. $60 for almost no options and no refills. I think Amazin buffet is better. It is $2 more on a sunday but WAY more options and 5 year olds are cheaper where we usually go.

Wonderful dining experience with a large variety of Chinese & Mongolian foods. Everything tasted fresh & the server who seated us was friendly & attentive to our needs.
Update: Upon another visit here we were extremely disappointed at how terrible we were treated after prior good experiences. Better training in customer service would be a great plus.

I’ve been here as a door dasher once and they were great to me then. Tonight I came in to eat a little late but the staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Extremely friendly and helpful and the food (although it was almost close) was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I would give this place ten starts in every category if I could. I will be coming back weekly.

My wife and I went on a Friday night around 6:30 and all the food was being put out fresh. They refilled our drinks at least twice in the time we were there. It’s a typical buffet as far as options and we were satisfied upon leaving. The service left nothing to be desired, but four stars for the overall atmosphere; the carpet was pretty dirty and it was just a little dated. Also, there is a terribly dirty fish tank at the entrance that could use some attention.

The food in general was good, but I went mainly for the all you can eat crablegs! Supposed to start at 3:30 but there were no crablegs on the buffet until I had finished a plate of food. Got a plate of crablegs ate them and no more were put out. I waited and even got more food from the buffet. Still no more crablegs. Finally gave up and went to pay cashier and then saw them finally take crablegs to buffet. If you are going to advertise AYCE crablegs then please keep them on the buffet so we can eat!!! Was disappointed on my first visit here.

Very delicious. Got there at open. Everything hot and fresh. 8 mins into open the place was already pretty full. Over heard a guy say it was his favorite buffet in Springfield. We are from out of town but It’s my new favorite buffet in Springfield too. Friendly ppl and yummy food.
