I am Panda Express user and I love it. 10/7/2025 I buy some order and a chinese employee ( Fei H) service is not good and portions are also less and not same with the last time ordering . And also I talk her to redeem my large plate reward , But she reject my redeem although I am qualified for Large plate. This is the first disappointment I’ve ever had in my entire life shopping at Panda Express.

I am at my wits end with this location! The portion sizes upset me every time so I don’t know why I keep giving them chance after to chance. The service is the worse and after I ate there 2 weeks ago I got food poisoning! I hadn’t eaten since the day before and that’s how I know for sure it was this place. My Wife and I always order A La Carte items to get more bang for our buck but they don’t even fill our cartoons to the top and when my Wife complained they refused to resolve the issue and had a very bad attitude and dismissive tone about it. I’m on the verge of reporting them to the health department! I tried the lie Beijing beef and it was disgusting I couldn’t finish it after the first two bites. Lo mein tasted bland and it was cold and consisted of mostly onions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, RUN!

This is an overall review on their quality of service, communication from a PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE who was looking forward to work with them.

When i visited on December 4th, 2025 for a scheduled in-person interview. Store manager, great. Their ACO, not so much. For a company, and so much for their “district manager” and a company that prides in “flexibility”, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR TIME AND EFFORT. It has to be on their time and word, only.

Today 12/10 I had a scheduled virtual interview to meet with the ACO–Area Coach of Operations named Shae Knap. While attempting to log on to their Teams meeting i texted promptly about tech connection issue and will be logging in shortly at 3:15. All the while waiting to be let in and trying to gain connection in the “Teams” lobby. “Shae” messages me back via right back at 3:25pm as im still waiting to be let in via text that “She will pass the word to said store manager. I do not stay in the lobby past 6 minutes as that is our attendance policy. I appreciate your interest in the role and consider us in the future”. THIS WAS 10 MINUTES AFTER the SCHEDULED VIRTUAL INTERVIEW, 4 MINUTES AFTER THEIR SUPPOSED 6 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD, LET’s ASSUME. Apparently, my efforts to communicate toabout my tech issue and delay to join were not enough. For any one looking to work here, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY & ALL THE RED FLAGS THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM SHOWS. Although on every job description mentions flexible schedules as a benefit, they show no favor in flexibility for their prospects–we could only imagine how they treat their employees under some degree of pressure.

Good luck to any customers and current employees who continue to purchase their service. 0 stars if possible

The food is good, not great but ok. I’ve had meals there numerous times and food is consistent, which is good. The portions are generous and filling. The atmosphere is very casual, not quite like most fast foods, but comfortable. Normally they don’t give samples as one man had asked, but they offered me a taste of something I didn’t take and added it to my plate. If you eat in they still put it in styrofoam takeouts. For a fast meal around ten dollars is a place to go.
Can I ask a favor? Before you go, look below ⬇️ and tap the thumbs up.
Thank you.

My experience with Panda Express is worst and worst . Portion sizes becoming half as much as it used to be. You can see the pictures. Prices going up. Service horrible. Every time I have to wait 15-20 min. for the food to be ready. I came in 7pm to grab family feast. All the bins of food was empty, except noodles .
Is it hard to make a little bit more , so none of the customers will be waiting for the food. I’m not going there any time soon. This is repeating problem that I have for the past two years. Do not order Panda Express from Gurnee location . You will end up with the same problems.

I came in around 8:45–9:00 PM, about 45 minutes before closing, and was told they weren’t making any more food. At a fast food restaurant, that’s unheard of—most restaurants don’t stop serving food that early. All they had left was rice and shrimp. It seemed like the staff was more focused on cleaning up and turning away customers than actually serving food. When I asked when I should come back to get served, they told me after 8 PM, they stop making food. So, an hour and a half before closing, you’re out of luck? I’ve never experienced this at any other Panda Express, just this location. The owner really needs to address the laziness and lack of professionalism from the staff.
