I have been eagerly awaiting the opening of a Mexican buffet. and 1 am thrilled that this establishment has finally arrived. Its location is easy to find, with a huge parking lot Unfortunately, I was on my keto diet at the time, which prevented me from sampling the desserts and chips but the food I did select was exquisite The all-you-can-eat menudo on the buffet was a winner! All the dishes were hot and fresh. and I was able to create a satisfying combination of various items. My waitress Margarita was very nice and helpful. My only criticisms are that the salsa was overly spicy for my taste, and the atmosphere was excessively bright. While I understand the need for a well-lit buffet area, I feel that the dining area could benefit from a more subdued ambiance. I would appreciate it if the lighting in the dining area could be adjusted to a more comfortable level. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the food!

Great service from our greeter and server. Nice and peaceful environment they also had music playing at a reasonable volume were you can actually have a conversation. The food very delicious and a lot of options to choose from. (Caldo de res, albondigas, birria goat or beef, tamales, quesadillas, chips and queso, flautas etc etc. I do recommend a better dessert bar the Fruit ia fine but add maybe rice pudding, tres leches cake, jello, churros.

This Mexican buffet was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, full of flavor, and there were so many great options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The service was outstanding, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to find a place with both incredible food and excellent service, but this place truly has it all. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back very soon!

Great price for everything I got. Incredibly nice service. Very clean. Fresh food (and that’s with going for a late dinner) same quality as you would get at most Mexican restaurants in town but at a buffet. Can’t say enough good things. A++ will definitely go back

It was ok but the price was a lil over priced. Our waitress was amazing very friendly she was on it to get us our tortillas to make our tacos. We will try it again and maybe it will be better for us it was a Sunday so very busy I would give them a 8 out of 10

First walking in, it smelled excellent, and the music was appropriate and fun. The ladies at the door were very welcoming and attentive, with the waitress asking what we wanted to drink as soon as we sat down. The food was warm and good for what it was. The place was spotless, with a lot of people coming in and out, close to 6 pm. Great place for families, in need of a quick bite (an hour and a half to be exact). For three people, the total was $55.50 with no waste (they do charge for wasted food, I forgot how much though), but we paid individually, so it was about $18.50 per person. But if you get a drink, it is an additional $3.00. Really liked the place, considering it’s only been open for a few days. The only issue I had was that some of the food was definitely going stale, dry, or hard (especially the rice) because it had been sitting out for quite a while. Lastly, if you are looking for any dessert afterwards, it is limited to basically fruit like grapes and watermelon, as well as Conchas. This buffet was a solid 3/5 in my books.

Pacos Buffet offers AUTHENTIC Mexican cuisine, and every dish I have sampled has been exceptionally flavorful. It stands unparalleled among its competitors. This establishment is a true Gem, as it is unique within Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana. I consider the buffet’s pricing to be fair, given that the majority of the food is prepared from scratch, and a wide variety of options are available to cater to diverse preferences. While tacos with various fillings are a prominent feature, the buffet extends beyond tacos to include multiple authentic Mexican soups, salads, salsas, entrees, and desserts. I am consistently impressed by the quality of the offerings. The staff is commendable, and the service is excellent. The staff is very warm and attentive, and ask if you’d like more tortillas since they warm them to order, for that authentic mexican experience!

The only Mexican buffet in town(as far as I know) and the food was pretty good. I was in for lunch and while selection was smaller than other buffets that really didn’t matter. You could be as creative as you like. Plus you could get as many hot tortillas as you need from the kitchen. Will be back.
