I don’t normally review chains, but this one was below average so I wanted to share. Right off the bat it was a bad start. Hostess acted as if this was the worst day of her life, sad face, no words except “2?”. We didn’t even get a “follow me”. Server was slow at start so I ordered my own appetizer on the table tablet. We ordered cheese bites, Shrimp and chicken key west, and buffalo chicken wrap. Food came fast, looked good, tasted good, and we took half home. What brought the score down, the bus boy cleaning the tables, had his pants hanging down so far i could see half his under wear. The tablet for ordering and paying was sticky. The drink menu had food in it. Lastly, the croissants were flat, not fluffy.

Wonderful dining experience.
The appetizers were very good.
The main courses really exceeded our expectations. The country fried steak was amazing. The steak tips were prepared perfectly. The pain killer was so good!
Unfortunately the service was slow and the waitress did not check up on us for refills or other items we might of needed.

Let me just say this would be great spot for a date or whether your meeting your girls for drinks and dinner. The food and drinks are reasonable prices. The food is amazing. Also they have some melt in your mouth honey butter croissants those are off the chain. If you’re looking for a good dinner spot for a family night this is the place. They also have a kids menu. All of their food is amazing no complaints.

I loved coming to Cheddars but my recent visit was not what I expected. Called the restaurants to put my name on the list, which they said 25 mins. That’s fine wasn’t far any ways, we arrived 20 mins later with 5 mins to spare. Checked in to the restaurants and they said 10 – 15 mins wait, which is okay. More customers came after us, normal. As we waited, I watched people getting seated even the ones who came after us. 30 mins later we were still waiting, which btw we were the only ones left. The ones who were coming in were being seated pretty much right away while we continued to wait. Asked the hostess why were people who came after us were seated before us, her response was that they called in. In which I said we did as well yet were still waiting. The only reason why I’m even giving this place 4 stars is because our server TJ was great. Did not have a problem with him, he was very attentive and got our order out pretty quickly. The hostesses on the other hand, one of them looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. She had a sour face and the apparently didn’t bother to look if we called it in before saying something smart.

The food is great, the atmosphere is amazing, I loved the decorations. The only downside was that service wasn’t very professional and very slow. I myself have been a server for a while so I try my best to understand and be patient, but it took 10 minutes to greet us and the service felt chaotic, and I wasn’t sure if I would get something in 1 minute or 20. Other than that, I highly recommend for the food! The spinach dip and croissants are to die for!!!

Me and my husband love this place. The food is good, the prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is very inviting. Our favorites when we go here are the Buffalo Chicken Wraps, the Ribs and the bakes fish. Our server X was so accompanying and friendly. Very attentive and sweet. Our favorite bartender is Remi is always a gem !

I stopped by for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Left out with no complaints. The place is definitely cleaned. The service is good and the food is fair. I ordered a simple chicken tenders and fries, can’t go wrong with that. I had no complaints.
