I always enjoy some Cracker Barrel, I hadn’t been to one in a few years because I’ve been overseas but stopped at this one heading out of Valdosta and had a good time. The waitress was kind and knowledgeable of their menu and made good suggestions for breakfast. She was helpful with my son’s order as he was indecisive and my food came out quickly and prepared as desired.

I think this was the first Cracker Barrel I’ve been that seating section was on right side of store. Interesting fact. Was seated in front of fireplace and was amazing and warm. Food was great and service was excellent.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would!!! I never make reviews for anything unless I truly feel compelled. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I don’t know the waitress’ name but she had bright red hair. We were seating almost immediately (which I was surprised being a Friday night a few minutes before 6pm) but then got bum rushed to put in our full order without even looking at the menu. The restaurant being almost completely empty when we got there. Got our drinks but our appetizer never came out other tables that got seated 15 mins after us got their drinks, appetizers and biscuits before us. Meanwhile the waitress making eye contact with me everytime she passes and getting completely ignored. When our food came out it was worse than a kid cuisine meal. She stated she would get the manager and weirdly enough both of the food managers were in the kitchen the retail manager came out and you know it’s bad when she paid for the whole meal because of how horrible the food looked. The waitress comes back and acted so happy/excited/ laughed and even said yay when she heard we got our “meal” for free.

My family and I had best Cracker Barrel experiences on Sunday. Me and my family were traveling to florida it was eight of us. We already felt bad about coming in with so many of us on a Sunday night but our server was the absolute best we’ve ever had. Lauren was so attentive and so sweet with our children, she even played a game of tic tac toe with my daughter .My son spilled a drink on the table and instead of getting upset she assured us that it was ok and cleaned it up with a smile. The food was taking a long time which we understood but she kept updating us about our food and brought bread for us and was just overall a very nice and personable young lady. If you decide to stop at this Cracker Barrel, you definitely won’t regret it. The atmosphere, food, and service was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we travel.

The food was delicious. The waitress was polite and the service that Lucy provided was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and dumplings, baked apples, and biscuits. After lunch, I shopped in the country store and bought a beautiful decoration for my front door for Christmas. Everyone was so nice and I signed up for the repeated customer program, where I earn points for special discounts. I will be back to enjoy another great meal at this Cracker Barrel location.

Late lunch date with my Dad. We were seated within 20 minutes. The service was okay. The restaurant was nice and clean. They were a little busy. Food took a little longer than expected to come out. Sometimes, I feel like servers stay out of site when customers’ food takes a while to come out so they don’t have to deal with upset customers. But that’s when you do show up, stay on the refills, bring out the biscuits and muffins to keep them occupied, let them know the status of their food, but don’t stay away. We both ordered the trout. It was pretty good. I would order it again, but not right away. The carrots were watery and overcooked, and the hash brown casserole was a miss for me this go round. The peach mimosa was refreshing! I would still come back and order my usual.

Toni our waitress was so nice and friendly and made sure we had a great experience. Our Cracker Barrel back home in CT has not been very good so we have not been to a Cracker Barrel in quite a long time. When Toni heard about our past experience she went and introduced us to her manager, I believe her name was Tina and she wanted to make sure they got things right. We also bought some things from their country store and everyone we encountered was so nice. We enjoyed our meal and conversation and whole experience at this Cracker Barrel on December 8,2025 while traveling visiting family.

The country store is my go to place for affordable unique gifts. When we arrived we were promptly greeted by Kaye who’s warm and friendly service made our shopping experience even more enjoyable. She helped us find the perfect gifts and even took items to the register so we wouldn’t have to carry them around. There were so many incredible sales which made it easy to find thoughtful gifts for family and friends.
