The food is pretty good, the restaurant seemed quite clean, and the employee at the register was nice. The only reason for 4 stars is the price for what you get, servings seem rather small. It would be very expensive to take a family here.

I just got a GH order from here and while it is delicious as always, the amount of chicken is really mediocre. :/ I did substitute vegetables for more rice but it is such a tiny amount of meat. Like a kids meal worth of meat. Really disappointed.

This is my first time ordering here and I’m glad I did! It smells amazing and it’s really good. There are a lot of customizations you can do and it came so quickly.

We are from Myrtle Beach and are down visiting family. We decided to have Japanese hibachi so we looked online and found this place. I’m soo glad we did because it was very good! There is a lady named Crystal that works here and she definitely went out of her way for us! We really enjoyed the food and next time we are in town we will definitely come back! great job Crystal‼️‼️

Frist time eating here and the last time eating. The lady who took my order didn’t washed her hands starts out fixing plates. That was a flag on to the next I ordered an Hibachi salmon brown steamed rice with teaspoon of veggies( that’s what I got when I opened my box). I got my order and everything was cold the salmon was warm not hot and fresh. I should had read some of the reviews 13.33 gone Joy of Tokyo please work on your customer service and the food. I should had went to Oriental House would had gotten fresh veggies and hot food.

Ordered a poke bowl for pick up, this is what I got: hot fried rice and 1/4 cup raw fish semi-cooked from the steam. Ew. Third time Ive tried this place and both others were bad, but this is ridiculous. Please go out of business and make room for something good in this spot.
