Hands down the worst restaurant I’ve eaten at here in the springs. There was almost nothing to the chicken. It was over battered and over fried. The meat was dry, stringy, and hard. It literally hurt your mouth to try and eat. Not to mention how terribly small the tenders were. Not worth the $12 for 4 tenders and a small helping of fries.
And speaking of the fries. They were also over battered and over fried. The grease was old and tasted like fish. They were so bad that none of the fries actually had potato in them. They sounded like chips when you bite down on them from how overcooked they were. I couldn’t even eat more than 5 of them. The plate of garlic fries was $8 for what might be a medium at a fast food restaurant. Small at Five Guys.
I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Don’t waste your time or money.

The place looks super cool sadly enough it was a slow night and the rooftop was closed. Had a couple of beers here. Staff is friendly enough.

Wow! We had so much fun on a Saturday afternoon at Gasoline Alley. 10 years ago, I loved the bar scene here –but nowadays I came for lunch with the fam before we hit the park. The food and service was perfect. The atmosphere is vibing and the place is so cool. The waitress/bartender took great care of us and made us happy.

There were 4 of us on 12/30/25, a Tuesday around noon. It was nice enough to sit outside. My wife took our orders inside and the food was delivered out to us. I ordered the Bark At The Moon Burger, which is a burger with bacon, Philly meat and cheese. We all enjoyed our burgers very much. The fries were also really good. Staff was friendly and the service was very good. Its definitely a dive bar but If we make it back this way again, I would definitely consider coming back. Just so happened that they also had karaoke that night, so we went back. The locals were friendly and the karaoke DJ was pretty cool also. I also should mention the 3 levels of the bar. There’s the main, second floor and the 3rd is the rooftop with a gas fire pit and cigarette smoking area. The 2nd and 3rd floors have a bar but are only open when they are really busy. Karaoke was on the 2nd floor. We had a great time.

Living in the heart of downtown, every resident has their favorite places and never just one. Gasoline alley not only has the best fries but the best vibes for your furry friends (before 7:30pm). After 7:30pm, the adults can come out to play with good company always, karaoke on Wednesdays and the best roof top at the heart of Tejon st overlooking Cowboys which is another great hop. I’m am just a customer and not a promoter or food critic. I just got love for places that love me back!

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this bar. During my last visit, my jacket was stolen along with my ID, credit card, and keys. When I asked the security staff for help, they were dismissive and unwilling to assist in any meaningful way.
While I was trying to figure out how to handle the situation, another guest overheard me and admitted that his friend had my belongings. He called her, and after an extended back-and-forth, I ended up calling the police because it was clear my property had been stolen. The person eventually returned my jacket (with everything inside), but only after law enforcement got involved — and she was somehow angry at me for reporting the theft.
Fast forward a week later: my girlfriend and I stopped in for one drink, and I was told immediately that I wasn’t welcome — no explanation, no discussion, just “you need to leave.” It’s hard not to assume that this is connected to the prior incident, especially since the police had been called to that same location.
Whether the staff were protecting the person who stole from me or they simply didn’t like that I involved the police, it’s completely unacceptable behavior from a business engaging with the public. Be warned! If something happens to you here, don’t expect empathy, professionalism, or basic accountability.

Savannah was so diligent in timing, service, and kindness! I wouldn’t want to be served by anyone else and it was my first time there. Drinks? Perfect. Food? Above par. Check it out!

Not many people – Dead, granted we were there at 6:30Pm on a Saturday. Dirty, my BF pointed how how the buckets are grimy, and also the taps. The open kitchen chef was touching his face, ears, even chewing on something as we entered, an immediate turn off for any food. My drink, the lime had this who knows what?!? decided to leave immediately after whatever was on the lime in my drink. Grotesque!

I had an enjoyable experience. I attended during a weekday shortly after noon. Grabbed a brew and bite. The bar was near empty, bartender was a really cool woman who was kind enough to suggest some activities. I was in and out within under an hour. Would go again.

The chicken tenders and fries tossed in lemon pepper is my go-to order and it’s top tier. I did notice the chicken tenders are different though. Whatever brand they used in 2023, they need to bring those back fr! Otherwise, it’s a cool vibe. The cook and waiter are always friendly when I arrive.
